However, the guy at the counter (with the 6 older sisters, which I learned in our conversation) was SO NICE and just made me laugh. Service is where its at; stores either have it or they don't, and the UPS Store has a great employee with this guy! My receipt was a label which he applied onto one of their flyers with coupons for photocopying, a discount on mailbox rental and something else. A smart way to build repeat business!!

Where do I begin, shipped 2 high end speakers worth about $400 used. I paid UPS store $167 for the…read moreprofesional packing that they offered, shipping and insurance. Told them the insurance is for $400 worth of speakers. Speakers where poorly packed, they arrived damage, well it doesn't matter right I'm insured I'm Smart I put insurance well so I thought. I made the claim at the store and they just gave me the run around for 4 months yes 4 months. Excuses about manager, accounting problems, the owner is not here. There's 2 ladies at the store one of them is very nice and helpful the other I won't get into is just so sad they will hire someone with this kind of attitude to do customer service. After 4 months and no check I called ups directly and my check magically showed up, to my surprise is was for half of what I insured the speakers for. Here's what I think happened I ship all the time, i do understand things happen, ups pays within 3 to 5 weeks. I have a very bad feeling that this store never insured my speakers and they kept the money, the reason why I came to this conclusion is because I was told my claim was not approved. How can a claim not be approved if they packed them they shipped them? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or hopefully the owner reads this and retrains their staff. I'm not a person to wish a business bad, but so many bad reviews, customer be aware.

Copymax has taken care of my small business needs for years. Finally getting the hang of using my…read moreYelp account and giving the Copymax team my long-overdue review. I've used Copymax to create a couple banners and many, many different laminated signs over the last year. They've always come out great save for a few mis-aligned prints. If you are not happy with the final product, just let them know and they will gladly re-print your projects to your satisfaction. On many occasions I've come in before 11am and receive a call or email letting me know that my job was ready for pick-up only 3-4 hours later!!! For a small business owner, being able to create quality advertising material in such a fast turn-around time is so so valuable. I also get coupons emailed to me for Copymax which makes their pricing even better. Caveat, just make sure you ask to review any of your projects with the Copymax manager before and after the print job. I've encountered a couple of inexperienced CopyMax techs who mis-aligned some of my business signage.

This location is approximately a mile from me, so it is very convenient, but if that wasn't the…read morecase, I would probably not be back to this particular location. Said that, I will probably be back because it is the closest place to get the things they sell, especially as a teacher. The location is not terrible. It's right at the corner of Route one in a small plaza, so the parking is fairly plentiful. The employees seem like decent people here. I have nothing particularly wonderful to say, but I don't have anything particularly Negative to say either. I suppose my experiences here have been fairly neutral. One observation I have is that since I have been coming here for about six months, they always seem to be under renovation. There always seems to be something going on, which affects the normal traffic pattern in the store. As a result, things seem a bit disorganized, and simple items that should be in stock at all times just aren't. That can be frustrating at times. They also don't have much in the way of office furniture, especially set up in the store to look at and try out. I was fairly surprised at that, as that seems to be something that all these stores have. Overall, there's nothing terrible about this store, but if you were looking for bigger, more organized stores, there are other stationary/office type stores all within several miles right on route one.
