I received horrible customer service from Paul but even worse the proof they made me pay $26 for…read morewas blurry and not usable at all. I asked him to check with the printer and technician and they said that's the best they got. It's obvious he mishandled my file or just have a printer thats either not calibrated or junk. I did a lot of research to choose them, go into town and pick this up. I was so excited and got a huge let down. I will upload pics... the blurry one is from Alpha Graphics and the second from a printer down the street the same day. Winner is obvious Hunt Photo pictures tell everything and Alpha made me believe it was my fault or my file.. see for yourself‍

If I could give one star I would. I called (what is now going on over a month ago) and talked to…read moresomeone (not giving her name) who was nice on the phone. We were looking for a new printer and while this project was somewhat small, we do a fair amount of printing for clients and I was hoping Alpha would be our new resource. She assured me our printing project would not be a problem and said she'd send an estimate based on our very specific conversation and order details. Cut to a week later. I call again and talk to her, still no estimate. She apologizes, assures me she is working on it and will get it to me asap. Cut to another week. I call again and leave a message asking where is the estimate and could she call me. I get an email back later that day with confirmation on what I was looking for so she could draw up an estimate. I email all details (again) and it's now OVER another week and I have never heard back. No estimate. Thank you for wasting my time; thankfully I saw this coming and engaged with another printer. At this point, I wouldn't let them print a B/W Post-it Note for me. If this is how you treat prospective new clients who you are trying to "win", I can't imagine what the level of service is once you're engaged. Sadly, I have no idea what these high reviews are talking about!

I was scolded for staring into space while waiting in line (sorry, didn't know there was a law…read moreagainst it!), then scolded for thinking FedEx "happy returns" drop off might be like Amazon, then scolded when it took a second to reload my QR code since it had been hanging, then told to go to Congress Street even though the return process states any Fedex happy returns location, then refused a reason. Such an unpleasant waste of time. ETA: I just checked my returns email and it says drop off anywhere, no box or label required.

Unless you're a fan of unpleasant surprises in the form of additional fees or you desperately don't…read morehave a few minutes to go to another location, you're better off avoiding this particular FedEx. This is a review specific to this FedEx location within the Westin Seaport hotel. I decided to try this location to drop off a package with a prepaid label. Little did I know - this location charges an additional handling fee for all drop offs regardless of your package being prepaid. This information is not listed on the FedEx site and you will only find out upon arrival, where they'll have a sign on their counter announcing their additional fee chart. Supposedly this fee only applies because it's situated within a hotel and not a standalone FedEx. I imagine this is useful when there's a convention held next door and customers are willing to pay more out of desperation and convenience. If you're driving in to a FedEx near you, you will want to avoid this one. As far as I'm aware, this fee applies year round and isn't waive during slow season when the hotel is quieter with the absence of convention events. Ultimately I decided to go to another FedEx store but if you plan to come here, know that your package will be charged a handling fee based on weight in addition to the usual FedEx rates.
