Unfortunately, after taking payment, he completely stopped responding. I made multiple calls and received no answer. Three weeks later, I went to the store in person only to find a sign on the door stating they wouldn't be back until September. At that point, there had been no communication, no updates, and no way to reach anyone. It has now been four months. I still do not have my computer, no clear explanation of what's going on, and no way to get in touch. My kids have been asking about it, and it's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark after paying upfront. This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience.
