I'm giving them such an amazing review because one specific worker went above and beyond for me. While changing out the old sign at my work I asked if I would be able to keep it. When I saw how large it actually was, I realized that it wouldn't be feasible. He cut down the sign to a smaller piece so I could always have part of my second home with me. It was a really small gesture that totally sold me on them. Plus they were super professional and kind!

I paid a $40 deposit on August 27 for an appointment scheduled for August 31. The appointment was…read moreultimately cancelled, and I have been trying to get the deposit refunded since then. On September 23, I was told directly that the deposit would be reimbursed by that Friday or Saturday at the latest, and that I would receive confirmation once it had been sent. The refund never arrived. I followed up again on October 3 asking that the promised refund be sent. That message was read, but I received no response. Now, more than two months after I originally paid the deposit and more than a month after I was specifically promised reimbursement, I still have not received my $40 back. A Venmo request for the amount has also been declined. I was very patient with the initial delays and gave plenty of opportunity for this to be resolved privately. Unfortunately, at this point I feel other customers should be aware of my experience. I'll update this review if the refund is ultimately resolved.
