They processed in 3 days and I still have yet to receive my Christmas wrapping paper! I understand with Covid that there are a lot of shipping delays but it's the company's job to make it right for their customers and provide a refund for never even receiving! I have emailed them 3 times with only their apology in response, no refund or help at all! Will never purchase any ruing from them again!

If anyone is looking around for a place that offers more than spiral binding, they do offer "perfect binding" which is glued, unexposed page edges where they're bound together. More like a real book and more durable. I wish I knew about them sooner. Update: I tried to use him again for a personal book binding project. He gave me rushed service and did not give me the product I asked for. If he didn't have the time to do what I wanted he could've referred me to the printing shop one Plaza over. They did take me, and told me he will sometimes refer clients. The woman there understood exactly what I was asking for and instead of blatantly refusing my service like ad print guy did, they just let me know when to pick it up.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING AT ALL COST. I Gave then a project for two 2'x2' signs and two…read more2'x12' banners for a due date three weeks later. Communication was TERRIBLE, multiple unresponded emails. They BARELY made my due date. When I received the product Aligment was all off when 1 of the signs was printed. They agreed to fix but after a response of " I am looking at your word document and the proof I sent you, and I am not seeing the difference????" That was the email I received 4 question marks and all. After a call they said theyd drop it off because it was needed asap. Next, Banners both had scratches down the length of them and they told me that's normal and offered $100 discount or they'd reprint but they wouldn't be ready for my event. I was also told at this point that they wouldn't be able to drop off the sign they said they were going to. At this point I said I wanted my money back I would look elsewhere. The response I got was they would refund but I needed to be careful when approving proofs bc money wouldn't normally be refunded. At this point I agreed with that, I should have looked closer so I responded that I would take the signs but no longer needed the banners that were scratched. I was told and I quote "Unfortunately, I can only refund the total amount. Intuit Mobile app doesn't allow a partial refund amount. The prices I offered were based the entire job. The normal price for the Menu Boards are $80ea. (Including the artwork for adjusting the Word File). I do not have the other menu board laminated or mounted anyway. " Ergo, double the price and the adjustment mentioned was adjusting the alignment that was messed up on their end. Any questions about this review, I have everything in email plus pictures
