I typically don't go out of my way to write reviews, but I just had to after this experience…read more Absolutely terrible service. we printed a T-shirt with them to test the quality and color of the clothes, as we were ordering a large amount, and they charged us $90 with ~$70 of that being credit forward for the whole order. That's fine. So we decide to go with the company, and put in an order of over $1200 to just begin our process. I sent in the requests, and 2 weeks later no reply. I contact them again, and re-send the requests, and then no reply for another 4 days. So I ask them, when they're going to send digital proofs, and now they tell us that they don't do them unless the whole order is paid for. Keep in mind we have already done some business, and just wanted to see some simple digital proofs. Just our simple logo on some T-shirts, Hoodies, hats, ect. Literally a few minutes of work at best, and they refused claiming it's "free advertising (?)". I have never worked with a printing company, clothes or paper, which didn't offer digital proofs first. He plain out said that it's "my way of the highway" and that he's been in business for "5 whole years". Then went on to brag about the huge deals they make all the time. Terrible service and rude. They wasted a whole month of our time. Unfortunately, we now have to restart the process.

Both of them were not shy about asking detailed questions, showing me sample designs and fine tuning the initial card layout, until, once printed, it was exactly the same as designed. My business philosophy is quite simple, if someone is skilled in their craft, they deserve all the business they can handle. These folks passed with flying colors and will serve you well.

So insensitive. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. She is seriously unbalanced. Do not go here. They don't want your business. I haven't had film developed since the '90s, so I was certain I was going to end up at a chain, but I decided to look for a local business. Kerry's far exceeded my expectations. I walked in and explained to the woman at the counter that I hadn't done this since likely before she was born. She took my email and told me I would get a message when the film was done and that my scans would be sent via a link. They offered me my negatives, but the first roll was only a test and I said scans alone were fine. I was not expecting my pictures within an hour, but that was the turnaround. The scans were magnificent. I bought a new roll of film while I was there, and the selection is much better than Walmart's and the price was fair. I'm floored with my first experience at this lab. Not only will I be shooting more now that I know I have a lab in the area, but this is where I'm taking all my business.

I had called them beforehand and they said they could do it as long as I bought the paper. Long story short, after almost an hour and being sent in all different directions Staples did not print it for me and I was beyond frustrated. Something this simple should not be this hard! I went to Copyworld the next day (after I calmed down) and they were so great! I was in and out, and got exactly what I was looking for! And it cost me $1.07 (I brought my own sticker). I will absolutely go back and recommend them!
