I've always been very satisfied with their work. At one point I wanted to create some buttons as a gift for my friend who has a dog that's very popular with passersby. The button I wanted would have a pic of the dog and a cute phrase so my friend could give them out to the dog's admirers. Anyway, buttons aren't really within the scope of Copy Clone's normal production, but they took the time to help be come up with something suitable. The finished product was perfect. Penny the dog is still alive and my friend & I still have the buttons to give out now & then. The next time I need updated business cards or even something unusual, I'll be calling Copy Clone!

She was angry at me for this suggestion. And her credit machine was not working. She told me I was rushing her. She got into with me as if I was the problem. Her rudeness was beyond comprehension. So insensitive. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. She is seriously unbalanced. Do not go here. They don't want your business.
