Long story short, after almost an hour and being sent in all different directions Staples did not print it for me and I was beyond frustrated. Something this simple should not be this hard! I went to Copyworld the next day (after I calmed down) and they were so great! I was in and out, and got exactly what I was looking for! And it cost me $1.07 (I brought my own sticker). My goal was to have him see my trailer and to come to an agreement on what my goal was and what I wanted for a design. He took measurements and told me he would get back to me with a price. If I agreed to a price we would proceed.I told him what my target date was and he said it was not going to be a problem. My general feeling after speaking to Brian in person was that he really wasn't interested in the project. Ten days later I emailed Brian to ask if my project was still on the table or whether I should find another vendor. Three days later he wrote back and apologized for not following up. He told me to look for a design on a website he sent me. I was then to send him my selection(s). I did what he requested and sent him three or four possible selections. Now a week later I have had absolutely no reply from Brian. My target date was for an event my company is participating in. Due to a complete lack of any effort on Brian, and Graphic Innovations part I will not have my wrap. I definitely would NOT recommend this company.

I typically don't go out of my way to write reviews, but I just had to after this experience…read more Absolutely terrible service. we printed a T-shirt with them to test the quality and color of the clothes, as we were ordering a large amount, and they charged us $90 with ~$70 of that being credit forward for the whole order. That's fine. So we decide to go with the company, and put in an order of over $1200 to just begin our process. I sent in the requests, and 2 weeks later no reply. I contact them again, and re-send the requests, and then no reply for another 4 days. So I ask them, when they're going to send digital proofs, and now they tell us that they don't do them unless the whole order is paid for. Keep in mind we have already done some business, and just wanted to see some simple digital proofs. Just our simple logo on some T-shirts, Hoodies, hats, ect. Literally a few minutes of work at best, and they refused claiming it's "free advertising (?)". I have never worked with a printing company, clothes or paper, which didn't offer digital proofs first. He plain out said that it's "my way of the highway" and that he's been in business for "5 whole years". Then went on to brag about the huge deals they make all the time. Terrible service and rude. They wasted a whole month of our time. Unfortunately, we now have to restart the process.
