However, as soon as you walk into this gleaming, bright new location, it feels just a little better than most shipping centers. Even better yet, though, is superstar Bie Khang who's helped me each time I've come in - she's a ball of positive energy who nearly leaps at the chance to help. I've shipped here a few times that were an absolutely breeze, AND when I needed something notarized, bang! She supported there too, all with that same helpful and cheery attitude throughout. I prefer UPS to FedEx and USPS whenever I have the choice; I prefer this location of UPS over other locations now, hands down. Excellent service!

However two weeks ago this place was just so convenient to my errands that I dropped off a FedEx with prepaid label, all ready to go, I sensed that she recognized this as another opportunity lost, she wasn't going to make any money on me today. So rather than treat me nice so I might come back and spend money, she did what all bad business owners do, she let on that she was annoyed. No bother, it takes more than that to piss me off. I even asked her why she was selling ( big sign in window ) she said she could't get "good help" My parting thought, not vocalized, was that she must be a terror to work for. Well today I went back with another prepaid FedEx, just to wind her up a bit. This one needed tape to affix the prepaid label. In broken english she told to buy a roll of tape or basically get lost. I asked if that meant she was unable to use the tape gun sitting a few feet from my box and she said "yes" .
