Today, an employee even grabbed a hand truck to help me get a big and bulky box out of my car - much appreciated as I'd been dreading how I was going to pick this thing up for days now! The only drawback is the smallish waiting area (if there's a line you'll feel a little cramped), and the tiny and weirdly laid out parking lot. People are always whipping in and out of here so quickly, so be careful in the lot. The drop off where it meets the road is also incredibly steep and can make you bottom out. Sometimes I want to skip this location just due to the crazy driveway, but then I remember how friendly the workers always are and I suck it up and come here anyways!

She is not rude she is a New Englander. Millennials can take their hurt feelings at not being bowed down to just for being a customer and go find your safe space to pout. Yes she is direct and will ask as soon as you walk through the door if you are dropping off a pre-paid package. If you are she'll let you know where to leave it so it gets sorted correctly. It's quick and you can get on your way. Lots of other drop off places charge you up to $1 or more just to drop off a pre-paid package and she doesn't charge. That's a big deal to me since I ship often. If you need something else she's helpful and will get it done. Tape costs money and she is a small business. If you don't bring your own then expect to pay for it. Not an unreasonable ask, especially if you are looking down your nose at her because she didn't give what you deemed a properly bubbly greeting. She does run on cash or check only so be prepared for that, again small business and running cards costs money. It's a small business I'm glad is here and I'm happy to support.

The whole transaction was done within 1 hour. All done without any fuss or any damages. I feared originally that there will be lots of wall and floor damages. Some scratches were expected but no major issues with wall repair or floor repair. The next project that I am going to hire these guys will be a larger, more complicated removal and restoration. Based on the experience today, I will definitely consider hiring them again.
