I felt confident that the items I dropped off would be handled in a timely manner. If you'd like one, a receipt is given to allow you to track your shipment or returns. Capable of accepting cash, credit cards and contactless pay. Parking is shared in a shopping area, shared with neighboring businesses. No matter where you park, it is a short distance to the door. This location has a bin if you want to drop off your items you'd like shredded. It's a large 55 gallon, lidded trash can that is secured so once you put documents in it, no one can randomly pick through it. It's unlocked by the personnel who do the shredding. They can accept items for the USPS, FedEx, UPS and have items for sale if you need tape, boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts and postage. There's a copier on site, fax service and, a few other services. Conveniently located to me and the hours fit my schedule. I would frequent this business again as well as refer others if they needed any of the aforementioned services.

Sometimes they have their priority mail supplies stocked, sometimes not. But they seem to know their regulars which is nice. I'll probably be a regular there too eventually since I've only been living here a short time! I'd probably like it better if they said "Hey Shanon, how are you today??" when I walk in!
