I was expertly assisted in deciding on minor details like which mat best complemented the art, how to best size the mat, and which frame looked best. The work that they did for me was meticulous. The turnaround time was quick and pricing was reasonable. The staff was cordial and professional, and respectful of the art with which I entrusted them. I mentioned that I liked the changes. The staffing level is definitely better especially during the busy end of the year holiday season. Secure access to the mail room after hours is a plus. The fact that they can open the box you even when I forget my key to the box. Try that at the US Postal Office. I use it mostly for receiving business mails and deliveries of valuable items that I do not want stolen. I am very happy with the level of service and convenience.

If anyone is looking around for a place that offers more than spiral binding, they do offer "perfect binding" which is glued, unexposed page edges where they're bound together. More like a real book and more durable. I wish I knew about them sooner. Update: I tried to use him again for a personal book binding project. He gave me rushed service and did not give me the product I asked for. If he didn't have the time to do what I wanted he could've referred me to the printing shop one Plaza over. They did take me, and told me he will sometimes refer clients. The woman there understood exactly what I was asking for and instead of blatantly refusing my service like ad print guy did, they just let me know when to pick it up.

This is for the Bristol USPS office. Parking is usually easy to find on the street and I love the…read morelocation-- Hope St is adorable and very near the water. Usually a lot of foot traffic in this area so be aware while driving. Inside is adequate. Some employees are great, others not too great. Sometimes they have their priority mail supplies stocked, sometimes not. But they seem to know their regulars which is nice. I'll probably be a regular there too eventually since I've only been living here a short time! I'd probably like it better if they said "Hey Shanon, how are you today??" when I walk in! Life's goals :)

They're also all about the holidays, always with the decorations, and it seems like it could be the candyman that does the decorations, maybe even with his own money cause he's so into it (and not everyone there is thrilled about the talking skeletons or the ho ho hoing santas). That guy really cheers up my day I tell you, I always feel good leaving the post office, as weird as that might sound. Also, they're open to 5:30 AND I got my passport through here and it only took 7 days after they told me the wait was 6 weeks. Coincidence? I think it's their good karma. I heart the Bristol post office :)
