Usually a lot of foot traffic in this area so be aware while driving. Inside is adequate. Some employees are great, others not too great. Sometimes they have their priority mail supplies stocked, sometimes not. But they seem to know their regulars which is nice. I'll probably be a regular there too eventually since I've only been living here a short time! I'd probably like it better if they said "Hey Shanon, how are you today??" when I walk in! That guy really cheers up my day I tell you, I always feel good leaving the post office, as weird as that might sound. Also, they're open to 5:30 AND I got my passport through here and it only took 7 days after they told me the wait was 6 weeks. Coincidence? I think it's their good karma. I unknowingly bought a terrible diy wedding invitation kit and found that I couldn't print them at…read morehome because the ink from my ink jet printer bled and looked horrible- the kit did not specify the need to use a laser printer. I have a very busy life and had planned to spend a solid day and a half with my mother putting together the invites but that plan was based on us having an easy time printing at home. Needless to say, when I realized this wouldn't work I was panicked. Staples and FedEx Office stores couldn't help me because the smallest stock size their machines could handle was 4" wide... my invites are 3.75" wide. Close to tears I plugged in "print" into my GPS and found East Bay. The woman that answered the phone was knowledgeable and comforting telling me that worst case scenario, if they couldn't use a machine to print my invites they would do a screen print of it, either way they had a solution. When my mother and I arrived there, Jenn the designer took my file and although she didn't have the fonts that I had initially used she promised she would make it work. She also created the RSVP cards for us on the spot- starting from scratch when she realized the stupid stock cards that came with my kit were smaller still than my invites and wouldn't fit in the machine. She gave me a beautiful solution to a very stressful situation- and she did it in very little time! While I live in New Hampshire I would highly recommend East Bay Printing & Copying to anyone in the Warren, RI area and I know my parents, who do live locally will utilize them at any chance they get.
