I have had my PO Box for almost two decades here. I had the same box and same business address before this place was changed to UPS Store. The service is better and more responsive since the owner change. I believe the ownership changes as a year or two ago. I did not know that until I actually met the franchise owner. I mentioned that I liked the changes. The staffing level is definitely better especially during the busy end of the year holiday season. Secure access to the mail room after hours is a plus. The fact that they can open the box you even when I forget my key to the box. Try that at the US Postal Office. I use it mostly for receiving business mails and deliveries of valuable items that I do not want stolen. I am very happy with the level of service and convenience. read more

I have to update this review because unfortunately, the computer that I shipped arrived to the recipient damaged. Which was pretty heartbreaking. I really don't know if that was because of poor packing at the store or because of mishandling with delivery, but considering the excellent customer service at the store, I think it was a delivery issue. I would be hesitant to ship a valuable item again though. I would still give this store 5 stars for all their communication and handling of the process to file the claim. Due to the recipient traveling/ deciding if they wanted to keep the computer and have it repaired/ there was so much back and forth about actually getting the claim process started, and Doug and his staff were very patient and accommodating with that, as well as apologetic for the damage caused. I was really disappointed about the computer, but I did get my money back via the insurance claim (always make sure you put down what the item is really worth) and the customer service was still excellent. It was just a very unfortunate situation and I am a little skeptical to ship anything expensive/fragile through UPS again. read more

The staff here is rude. I went to return an item to Amazon where Amazon clearly states you don't need to provide packaging to ship back the item, just show the rep the Q.R. Code, they scan it and take the item as is & that's it. I've done this in the past several times with no issues until now. I go to ship the item back & the rep scans the code and tells me I need to package the item up and then tries to sell me overpriced supplies even though the explicit instructions from Amazon clearly stated I did not need to box up the return (that's kind of the whole point of Amazon easy return) or I would have before I drove over 30 mins to the UPS Store. I refused to pay over $15 in supplies for a $40 item to return so I drive all the way home to find an old Amazon shipping box and package the item up and go back to the store, some older guy with chip on his shoulder aggressively approaches me, scans the label and has the audacity to refuse to provide me with a receipt that I dropped the item off. Stay far away from this location, they're ignorant, rude and they're shady as hell. First they tried to get me to buy a bunch of overpriced supplies I didn't need and then refused to give me proof I dropped a return with them. I may file a complaint with corporate. They need to be investigated. STAY FAR AWAY!!! Try the Seekonk, MA location. read more

Went there to ship an item and get few notarization done. Was really surprised to find that they offered notary services too. The price per page was extremely high though but as I was out of options, had to get it done. This was the nearest one we had. Service was fast and upto the mark. Its the steep cost which made me give them a 3 star instead of 4. read more

I had a package shipped here because it had to be signed for. I arrive to pick up my package and I'm told I have to pay $5. They charge you $5 if you don't have a box there just to use there address. I have never encountered this at any other UPS location or with FedEx. I will not be doing any more business at this location and intend to let UPS know of this outrageous policy. read more

I had to drop off a prepaid label UPS package and asked if they could just put a 3 in piece of tape to seal the box... They charged me $1 dollar for package sealing! Mailboxes etc or FedEx would of been happy to offer that small piece of tape free of charge... I guess $1 is more important than customer satisfaction... Truly disappointed. UPS has lost my business. read more
