But perhaps the very best thing of all was the private parking lot. Parking downtown always makes me grumble, even in the jewelry district. I tried to contact customer service, but it was impossible to get through to a real person, and the app wouldn't let me make any changes to the delivery. This was an expensive phone, and UPS handled the whole situation terribly. Extremely angry and upset.

However, as soon as you walk into this gleaming, bright new location, it feels just a little better than most shipping centers. Even better yet, though, is superstar Bie Khang who's helped me each time I've come in - she's a ball of positive energy who nearly leaps at the chance to help. I've shipped here a few times that were an absolutely breeze, AND when I needed something notarized, bang! She supported there too, all with that same helpful and cheery attitude throughout. An hour later I called back to tell them that I had to go out because there was no sign of them . 2 hours later they called me to say that they had never heard of that street so I spelled it out for them and had to give them directions ! Hello ! In this day and age everybody has gps ! They get here only to quote another price saying that I never told them about the boxes of oil ! Trust me I was very specific ! They quoted me another price ! Not only did I pay more than what I was quoted , the prices of the boxes were not lowered like promised when I purchased them ! I usually dont write reviews or even do business with people like this .. but it was my mothers decition . She payied for it . Some people shouldnt be allowed to do business cibao express is one of them . There dishonest , unorganized , uneducated and unprofessional . I pray the boxes will reach there destination . It's no wonder that shop has customers happy- Kristen is not just friendly she is knowledgeable, moves quickly and carefully, and she is also efficient with other customers and my own time. I will always go there from now on. As a note- I had shipped things earlier in the day in Warwick and I had a less than optimal experience (from a store manager none the less). It was a friendly experience, don't get me wrong, but he was not helpful and wanted to initially charge me considerably more for my packages. I asked about why it seemed so expensive... he blamed his quotes on "prices being raised in july"." Little did he know my business receipt from a week and a half ago was from july. He adjusted my quote. It's relevant because it goes to show that it's important to be aware of pricing because some people are not as honest as Kristen. Thanks again Kristen!
