However, as soon as you walk into this gleaming, bright new location, it feels just a little better than most shipping centers. Even better yet, though, is superstar Bie Khang who's helped me each time I've come in - she's a ball of positive energy who nearly leaps at the chance to help. I've shipped here a few times that were an absolutely breeze, AND when I needed something notarized, bang! She supported there too, all with that same helpful and cheery attitude throughout. Suggested the best way to send the envelope since it had some important info in it. Our cap was not in stock when he installed our lantern and mail posts. The epoxy on the lantern post needs a day to set before wiring. We agreed he'd wire and cap when the cap came in. It was delayed, but Pat came to wire the light the next day because he didn't want us to wait to have light.
