Also, when I asked them about their prices they said the price never differs from a couple of dollars from what FedEx charges. When I brought this to their attention they claimed the cost was calculated from some complicated formula put into the computer. I just received my last package a week ago...ALMOST THREE MONTHS LATER. I spent over $400 to ship my things across the country in a timely manner. I called at least 3-5 times every week trying to locate my packages because the original tracking numbers were bogus. The staff there didn't know where my packages were for weeks, until finally someone discovered them sitting at another facility. I spoke with Bill, the manager/owner and he never had answers for me. When I called and left messages or emails seeking new tracking numbers, my calls were never returned. Bill became annoyed and rude, at times, when I would call because he was "sick of dealing with this". Trust me dude, I was too. Now that I finally have all my belongings, I have inquired about a full refund as I certainly did not receive the service I paid for in the timely manner it was promised. Once again, I have yet to hear back from Bill. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This place is a joke and Fed Ex will hear about how poorly customers are treated at a company they are affiliated with.

Very disappointing experience with the UPS Store in Weston. I had two small packages delivered…read morethere and, when I went to pick them up a few days later, I was told I owed about $100 in storage fees based on a $10-per-package-per-day charge starting the day each package arrived. I had never been told about this fee, and the employee acknowledged that it is not something they advertise. The storage charge was roughly three times the value of the packages themselves, so I left without them rather than pay it. It felt as though I was being forced to pay a substantial undisclosed fee simply to retrieve my own packages. I spoke with the manager, but he would not reconsider the charges and seemed irritated that I was questioning the policy. The company that shipped the packages was shocked by what happened, said it would investigate and file a complaint, and is sending replacement packages directly to my home. I would be very cautious about doing business with this location unless you first make sure you understand what fees they may charge, including any hidden charges that are not clearly disclosed in advance.
