The three customer service agents at this location are White supremacists. Nice or White people and refuse to help People of Color. The blond young man started to process my order than ran over to another White male customer who walked in after me. Then the White young lady with the accent, looked at me with disgust when she was left to help me. The middle aged white Man was verbally intrusive and rude talking down to me. I have been going to this UPS store off & on for many years.Steve and his team are awesome.Steve is friendly & efficient-he was especially responsive when I recently had to mail a large item cross country.He gave me the S & H quote which despite the expense...it was well worth it as the item arrived there in a timely manner (via Pandemic) & to the correct recipient! In Pandemic age of "snail mail upon snail mail", occasionally lost mail to be never found,limited hours-UPS is a lifesaver! Convenience w/retail items,small biz services & good location make for a great mix. Any plans to expand the store physically? (That's my feedback). read more

Went in since I needed to make photo copies. I'm heading out on one of my national parks vacations where WiFi and cell service are not reliable. So it's just safer and easier to xerox pages and maps out of my travel guides. This is more of a mailing center. But they do have 1 self service copier. You insert a counter into the copier. When done, you bring the counter to the counter to pay. I liked that I didn't have to stick my credit card in a machine and that I was able to pay cash. Staff gave me a quick lesson on the machine. Then left me alone. But were available if I had questions. If I'm ever in the Acton area again and in need of copies I will go straight there. read more

Had a fairly large package to ship. Store was busy on a Saturday morning. Staff moved through the line of customers fairly quickly and when it was my turn were very courteous, calm and efficient and completed my shipment with no issue. Will use them again as my go to shipment service in the future. Highly recommended. read more

I ship quite a things and this store has been a help with odd shape boxes. The woman at the counter is hardly friendly, and the boxes are (holy crap) super expensive!! I ship alot. Boxes cost $, but not the $ these guys want. Always good in a clinch, but Uhaul boxes are way cheaper!! read more

If you need to send international packages, I suggest you go somewhere they know what they are doing. They have no idea there and don't want to take any responsibility for it. read more

The UPS store in the Powder Mill Plaza in Acton is great! They are always really friendly and helpful. I mostly ship packages from here, but I have also used their notary service, which was quick & easy. read more

I've been using this store for years and cannot say enough positive things about it. These folks are always pleasant, friendly, and above and beyond helpful. They even offered to cut down a large shipping box and repackage it in order to save me money. For no extra charge. Who does that these days? They do. Excellent service. read more

New Ownership is a huge improvement. These guys couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

This is the very best place to do business. First, they are helpful and flexible and Always put their customers first. Second, they will print and copy for you at rates FAR LESS than Staples, and you just go in to pick it up and pay. They have helped me and gone Way and Beyond far to many times to list, and really care about you and how they can help you. You can email them docs to print, or have them send them to another UPS store at a location where you can pick them up when you are short on time. I went into this UPS store one day to try to send an oversized package. I knew it would be expensive, but I did not know how expensive. However, Steve and Carrie spent a ton of time with me exploring all options and helping to stuff the contents of my package into the least expensive box. Such nice folks here! I use this location for dropping off UPS packages, scanning or printing documents when my scanner or printer at home isn't cooperating, notary services, and sending faxes. I've been coming here for over 2 years, several times a year, and have never had anything but friendly and helpful service and quick in and out. It's located directly next to Papa Gino's in the Stop & Shop shopping center on Rte 62 (Powdermill Rd), technically in Acton, but it's that tiny part of Acton that is on the main road in between West Concord and Maynard, and just a few blocks around the corner from the Sudbury line. Parking is plentiful in the lot. The store is one of the smaller ones but it has the basics you might need for packing, shipping, printing, etc., and some computer workstations, scanners, photocopiers, and other equipment. There are packing and shipping materials and some basic office products for sale. There are also greeting cards and you can rent a mailbox here. read more
