I was tracking a package which said "delivered" my customer said he had not recieved. The PO man (Dennis) actully physically went to the office and found the packge in the lobby. This was an empoloyee who did the "extra Mile" ..so impressed. Thank you read more

I called Westford office on Monday. A female staff answered and told me to come. A few minutes later I got there, she, the same person, said no passport service today. Come back tomorrow. So I came on Tuesday. The same person said no such service today!!! Are you kidding me? She even lied to me and said the person who was next to me was not doing passport processing. Unfortunately that person was someone I know. I am so disappointed about their service! No matter what, you should not lie to your customer! read more

The passport hours at this branch are NOT at all convenient for school aged children. The only viable option is their Saturday option which leaves the line ridiculously long. We waited on a Saturday for over an hour only to then be told their photo machine was no longer working. We were then sent home. What a waste of time and energy. read more

Great location on 110. Big parking lot with plenty of space. Walk in and to the right are plenty of boxes for mail. On left is the counter. Friendly people, fast and effective. read more

Every time I go into the Westford post office I feel as though I'm bothering someone and it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get anything done..Clerk had an issue with my packages and when I requested help it was non-existent. Went to Chelmsford post office and had a great experience. The clerk actually made me laugh and let me borrow some supplies. Needless to say I will no longer go to Westford post office. read more

Rude and exceptionally unhelpful. I went in there looking for the cheapest way to mail out a few T-shirts. There was a younger male staff and an older woman staff standing at the counter. I asked them questions about the mailers which they answered very poorly. I was still confused and they responded condescendingly. I wound up then going to the Littleton post office which was very helpful. I mailed out my items from there, but unfortunately with having so many, they made a mistake. The package was sent to me rather than to the recipient. I went to Westford due to location and they wanted to charge me to resend it. The guy argued with me about how the to and from was listed on the package. Blaming me. I was told that they couldn't help me because they didn't make the error. Needless to say I went back to Littleton which was out of my way. However, it is worth it for the customer service you get there versus Westford, at least this one. The two other smaller ones in Westford have very nice people working there read more

I experienced everyday racism, There were 2 white women in front of me. The person serving was so polite to them. Waited for them to find the address on their phones and verified it on his system, taped their mail since the envelop was falling open and box apart. When it was my turn he made me buy a tape saying "we sell tape for this purpose". My box needed 2 pieces of tape. He made me get out of line saying "I want to serve other people", while a whole queue of people waited while he service the two white women in front of me. read more

I have been going to this post office for several years since we moved to Westford. The staff there I've encountered has always given me the impression of being condescending and the least willing to offer any help and at best to do the minimum that they have to to get you out of there. I have lower expectations and didn't bother to complain. Two weeks ago I mailed a piece time sensitive doc via Priority Mail there, 10 days later the mail was still "enroute to destination", the destination is New York city, the expected delivery time was "2-3 days", after multiple tries of tracking, I found out the "Priority mail" ended up in FL, how on earth could this happen? "luckily" I used a Priority Mail with tracking, I can't imagine what would happen if I used a regular mail. By now I just pray it will not get lost and can eventually reach the destination. This is the last straw and it's time for me to look for another post office. read more

Pick another Post Office if you are in the area. This one is just plain difficult to deal with. I've been in a few times, and it doesn't matter what your mailing (a package, a letter, anything) they'll tell you it was addressed wrong, sealed wrong, and even taped wrong. One example, I brought in all of my sealed and stamped wedding invitations to mail - and they proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't mail because I had stamped the return address on the back flap. Besides this being the correct etiquette for formal invitations, they argued and negated with me. I took them to a different post office and all of my invitations mailed completely fine. read more
