On the other had, with dozens of packages shipped from either UPS (the former Mailboxes Etc.) in Nashua or the FedEx (the former Kinkos) in Nashua, I have always experienced professionalism, courtesy and appreciation for my business. I struggle to understand how the owner of this company can stay in business. While I'm a major proponent of doing business with small, locally owned companies, I will never give another cent to this one. It's a shame, but I would rather drive the extra distance so that I don't have to help to keep him in business.
