They are incredibly organized and if you have high quality antique or expensive furniture, they're a must. I'm always taken aback by how low the cost is for the service and value. The communication between Lexel and myself was excellent from the time of setting the appointment, to verifications, calls prior to picking up the furniture and calling en route to delivery address. Update to my previous 5 star review. That was before we unpacked the artwork that Lexel had packed up for us. The artwork framing was destroyed by the fact that they put two frames facing each other with nothing in-between. The rubbing ruined the frames on 8 of our serigraphs. Each frame cost several thousand dollars to repair and Ross basically told us that he would give us a "goodwill" payment of a couple of hundred dollars. I would strongly advise anyone that has valuable posessions to stay far away from this company. They don't know what they're doing, they don't care, and they don't own their mistakes. read more
