This business was awesome to hire. Great truck, showed up stocked to help protect our belongings. They showed up on-time and called when on the way. The lead, Yeison was polite and communicative. Jose and Jefferson were quick and so polite as well. We don't plan on moving anytime soon but if we do, we will certainly be hiring Lexel again. They are definitely recommended. read more

Great team! Will definitely use this company for any future moves! They were very professional and very flexible with all the hiccups that presented my moving day! read more

The movers were so nice and they were very helpful. They also took the time to explain what they needed to do to make it a success. They were also very professional and if I ever need to do a move again I will definitely be calling Lexel Moving!! The price is very reasonable for the work that they do. I'm very grateful for their service. read more

Update to my previous 5 star review. That was before we unpacked the artwork that Lexel had packed up for us. The artwork framing was destroyed by the fact that they put two frames facing each other with nothing in-between. The rubbing ruined the frames on 8 of our serigraphs. Each frame cost several thousand dollars to repair and Ross basically told us that he would give us a "goodwill" payment of a couple of hundred dollars. I would strongly advise anyone that has valuable posessions to stay far away from this company. They don't know what they're doing, they don't care, and they don't own their mistakes. read more

I was having large furniture items sent from my parents home to family members in four different locations. From beginning to end, I worked with true professionals who were flexible throughout as specifics of our shipping needs changed a bit. I would highly recommend Lexel Moving. read more

I've hired Lexel for several moves and the moving company is fantastic. The team is communicative, the movers are super efficient and friendly, and they are worth the fee. They can even connect customers to local resources for packing, disposing unwanted items, etc. Highly recommend Lexel! read more

They are so wonderful!! I cant say enough. They are by far the absolute best movers you can hire. They are professional, reliable and responsive. read more

Very good experience. They showed up in time and started packing everything we had left. We moved my elderly mother into assisted living, so she couldn't do much packing and I wasn't around to do it. We did let them know when we made the reservation that there would be some packing, but I think they still weren't expecting what we had. No complaint, they got right to it. The job took a little bit longer, but they took their time and did everything right. They were super nice, and patient with my mother. Price was very reasonable. Would use them again. read more

I am very impressed with Lexel. They were recommended in the Berklee parent group. I agree. They made the process smooth and easy. Their level of communication is excellent. The workers are hard working, friendly and take great care of items. :) read more

Second time using them. Great communication and the guys took great care with our stuff. Excellent service!

Incredibly helpful, kind movers!! Over the weeks leading up to the move, the Lexel team was easy to get ahold of and helped answer all my questions. On move day, they were prompt to arrive and it took them no more than 45 minutes to move everything out. They were incredibly careful with my belongings and were very kind and respectful of the space. All belongings arrived on time and were in perfect condition. read more

Amazing!! Had to move from Massachusetts to Rhode Island, and wasn't sure exactly what my living situation was going to be and if i needed storage when I booked the move months in advance . Lexel let me know that I could call them with my updated plan a week before my move, and I did! They were so responsive and helpful, moved everything very carefully and quickly. I really appreciated their flexibility, it took a lot of stress off of my plate as I was working through a lot of moving parts in my personal life. Would definitely use Lexel again! read more

Lexel Moving is the best! I used them 6 1/2 years ago when I moved from Central MA to NH and when I was moving in town this week, I didn't hesitate calling them back... they are fast and efficient but also courteous and very respectful of your things - it is as if they are moving their own items with the care and attention they give. Cannot recommend them enough! read more

Well what can I say, these guys are great!!! Alex in the office was great with booking the move. We were putting all of our furniture and belongings into storage which they have their own storage place. The three guys that came in, I wish I could remember their names, were excellent!!. Very personable and knowledgeable. They worked together like a finally tune car. All the furniture was wrapped and taped as were the breakables. They were in and out in about 2 hours. They were very prompt and courteous and the price was excellent. If you ever need a mover this is the company to call. Thank you Lexel!! read more

I looked into Lexel Moving upon a friend's recommendation after deciding to hire movers for my local move this past weekend and I'm pleased with the experience. I reached out for a quote online back in January and received a call back within the hour (as opposed to never hearing back from other moving companies). The day of, the movers showed up within the specified time range and were friendly and efficient. The whole move took about two hours and came out to within the estimated quote. One thing to note is that my couch got scuffed up on one side during the process. I was hands off the entire time since I trusted them and didn't want to get in the way, but in hindsight I should've specifically asked that they use the furniture pads that are advertised as included online. Not a huge deal, but a good thing to note for future moves. Aside from that I would definitely hire Lexel again! read more

I have used Lexel 3 times for moves, they continue to overachieve expectations. The teams are all professional, courteous, and thorough. From the initial conversations about what I needed to move, to the communications throughout the process, to the final move, it was done with the utmost care and passion. The movers took time to wrap and prepare the items for transport, carefully moving the items to the truck, and then playing a version of 3D Tetris to ensure all of the items arrived safely to my new home. The bonus, they took pride in their work, cleaning up after themselves, and it showed in the final product. I cannot recommend Lexel Moving enough. From local to long distance, they deliver on their promises and exceed expectations for service. read more

Quick "move" of three big rooms so we could get hardwood floors refinished. Absolutely amazing movers! Great communication, guys were so careful wrapping everything to take care. Included an office with many bookcases and shelves that they took apart and packed incredibly well. Can't recommend them higher!! Wish I could! read more

Friendly upbeat attitudes and worked through complex issues until we were fully taken care of.

Great Service! Quality quick and professional team. A bargain! Great guys that cared performing the work.

Fantastic experience with Lexel over 2 moves. Cannot say enough. People often say about movers, "Best money I've ever spent," and I couldn't agree more. In particular, Carlos and his team (Jason/Orlando) were kind, efficient, and went above/beyond to help with furniture re-assembly, etc. Super conscientious throughout the move. Cannot rave enough! read more

I am a returning customer. Had no hesitation when needed help moving this time. Called for a quote to move big furniture pieces from Arlington to Melrose and got a great deal. Everything went super smooth, movers were very professional and tactful. Wrapped all pieces in blankets and plastic film. Everything was delivered in the same condition that they picked it up. Highly recommend and will use them again if needed. read more

This company is very reliable and service was fantastic. Great communication all around. My second time using them. They were on time and courteous. They kept moving quickly and were concerned when they had nothing to do for a few minutes while we finished packing a few last minute items. They put together a complicated bed as an addition at the end of the move, no complaints. Their original price quoted was the lowest of 4 companies in the area. Highly recommended. read more

very friendly and easy to book with owners Ross and Alex. We knew what to expect in terms of price and received suggestions on how to estimate number of hours and size of truck. The actual men who did the move were very careful and cheerful. They did a great job handling everything, including a few very old precious objects. They put in a 12 hour day and were pleasent all the way to the end. I would recommend very highly. read more

The Lexel team was on time and more than met our expectations. They were professional, caring and careful, efficient, courteous and personable. In a word, outstanding. This is the second time we have used Lexel movers and once again we could not have been more pleased! Every aspect of the move went great from the free estimate until the final payment. Communication was great from the beginning and the reminders as we got closer to the date were very much appreciated. Nick also was open to last minute changes in the move inventory which was great. The driver and mover called within our 2 hour window quoted and gave me the 30 minute heads up which was even more important with our move since I didn't live at the location but was only a 5 minute drive away. Jason and Jose were absolutely FANTASTIC! They were professional, efficient and willing to go above and beyond at both ends of the move. I think we went over on the original time estimate and they were fine with that. It was such a positive experience I can't thank them enough!! read more

We just executed a complex multi-stop move between two states with multiple pickups and dropoffs in both states. Both sides of the Lexel team (pickup and dropoff) were flawless in their execution. The "from" team that packed us up was led by Nick who was incredibly patient and efficient. We paid a fair price, and only lost 2 or 3 minor items to breakage (to be expected when you have a lot of fragile stuff). The team that unpacked us was a different group of guys and were consummate professionals. They had a ton of patience, and when the baby grand piano was not working right, the lead (Yeison) got down on the floor with me and troubleshoot the problem. It now works perfectly. Both teams went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and given the sad state of the moving industry, it was nice to find a company that delivers on what they promise. Don't waste your time looking for other cheaper solutions. You may find one or two, but you won't be glad you did! read more

I requested a complex multi-stop move between two states. Lexel made the move seamless, The onsite team that completed the move was a friendly group of three super efficient professionals. Found Lexel by accident and after a bit of research, decided to move forward. From the very beginning, I was 100% satisfied. Their communication was spot on. My emails were actually answered in a very timely fashion. The team that picked up the furniture were true professionals who took so much care wrapping you would have thought it was their own. The pickup was in Massachusetts on Friday, and delivered to Nashville Tn on Monday. The price was fair and I highly recommend them! read more

The moving crews on both ends of the interstate (MA to NC) move were punctual, kind, and efficient. They showed up, were calm and thoroughly professional. They worked methodically and with care. The furniture disassembly and reassembly was done well. Communication during and prior to the move was also great. All in all, very pleased. read more
