He was very nice and in a tough position. Months later the light goes out in our unit, so I go to the front desk again and they tell me that someone will notify me when it will be replaced....weeks and weeks go by and I call again. If I could access the light, I would replace it myself but I can't. Light remains out, nothing scheduled. $300.00 per month is not nothing. I had hoped for better service.
