They're aware of this issue but didn't notify me before moving. The woman in the office was rude, acting like a petty authority figure. When I went to do paperwork and pick up the key in advance of moving day, she made me wait about 8 minutes while she cleared her desk before attending to me. Then told me off for not bringing a lock, claiming she'd told me to when she hadn't. Continued to act in this manner until I challenged her. Moving is stressful enough. No one needs this unhelpful, argumentative attitude from staff meant to assist.
