Beacon St in Brighton) only had one. I didn't even know this was an option until I clicked on "locate nearby" and Watertown Self Storage popped up. Not only did they have what I needed (and picked up 30 minutes later) but to avoid the craziness at the N. Beacon St location is a relief. Watertown Self Storage is clean, organized and new; U-Haul is old, dirty and a hot mess. The 9 foot cargo van is also available for pick up here (and can be picked up during off hours!!!) and I have a tentative reservation for that later this month as well. Great find, right behind Target and parking right out front

I used him again in 2013 in which I used it for a business adventure of selling used furniture and household items in which again having me come and go and meeting people without any type of problems with the owner or staff. I now use this facility to store my 28 foot R.V it is the place in the area that has parking spots so people can store their antique cars , boats , R.Vs , landscape trailers , motor homes . I feel very relieved because of the 24 hour security surveillance. Great place.

They were kind, professional, efficient, and punctual! My only word of advice would be to the front office, they didn't seem to provide enough communication to the movers and they were short on packing supplies and just how much they had to pack (to be fair they still did an amazing job which is why I'm still giving 5 stars). I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. I would've preferred to be informed much sooner and not just through email but it worked out just fine. Overall I would absolutely hire them again and you should too! (Just be extra communicative about what you need).

Just the heavy things I can't do myself. I was charged $742. My original quote was $405-$565. They wanted to say it's because of the 2 hour drive that was "not included." Which was already in the quoted price where it says it's included! I provided an image that says it was included. I had to argue with the movers and speak with a supervisor. I had moved an entire house for $700 before. So for a single room move for $742 is nuts. Also need to mention they will lie about the time on the detailed receipt that they worked more hours than how long it really took. The time from start to finish was 9:00 to 11:00. So be alert to look at that. Also lied that they were charging more because they were "assembling" my bed frame, which they indeed did not and I didn't need them too. So I ended up paying $600. Which is still more than the quoted price and an hour long interaction about the pricing.

As expected, they were easy to work with, pleasant all around from the texts to the phone to the muscle! Three nice guys showed up. We weren't even done packing yet, which they took in stride, and helped us wrap, box and tape like champs. They even had to take some big items out the back way and hoist them over the 2nd floor railing! In the new place, they positioned our rugs, and our sofa and desks, even assembled our Sleep Number bed and adjusted the setting. They are VERY experienced in all things! And only one item broke, and it was too easy to break, and will be good as new with some Crazy Glue. I hope we don't have to move again anytime soon (knock wood!) but if we do, I know who to call!

As they were finishing up, I noticed the bureau was no longer where I had put it. I checked around, couldn't find it, and ran out to the truck as they were closing it. The bureau was back on the truck. Maybe I put it back in there without thinking. I also foolishly left my watch box out. I haven't seen one of my favorite watches since I moved. Maybe I lost it.
