    Very clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was easy to move in with a truck since there is carpeting and wide elevators.

    Wish I could give more than five stars, honestly. Very polite, and helpful staff. I bought a bunch of moving supplies, and rented a unit.

I just left from this store…read morelocation for a return, and Chris was extremely patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. He took his time to help, answered questions calmly, and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Customer service like that really stands out, especially during what could have been a stressful interaction.     I came to this UPS store to return something from Amazon. The Amazon app let me pick specific…read morelocations to return my merchandise. It specifically says no box or label needed. Just bring it and let them scan the QR code and you're set. I went to this UPS store location in Watertown this morning and it was not a good experience at all. I should've known, as it has never been a good experience in the past. The older lady there that helped me was surprised that I showed up with just the product (which was in the box - just not an amazon box). She had to check with her manager (older gentleman)...who came over with a tape measure and was like "we can only ship items less than 16". The box was about 17" and he made it seem like he was doing me a favor by accepting it. The lady proceeded to scan my QR code and was like "I'll have to mail it like this (without putting it in another box) and I hope you get your refund from Amazon. We are not responsible. This can get lost or stolen". I asked if she could at least tape the opening to make the package more secure, since she wasn't willing to put it in another box...she said no and reiterated several more times "I hope you get your refund etc". Whatever. Returning something shouldn't be this hard, especially when Amazon pointed me here with those specific instructions. There is clearly a disconnect. This UPS store is not about helping customers. Everything felt like they were doing me a favor, ugh! I would not go here again. I'd gladly put the item back in a box and go to USPS or something instead. I wouldn't have gone here in the first place had the app offered the Wholefoods return option - always a good experience there!

They worked hard, handled everything with great care, and were impressively clean and organized the whole time. They made what is usually a stressful day feel smooth and easy. It's rare to find a team that is not only hardworking but also kind, trustworthy, and pleasant to have around. I highly recommend Seven Moving to anyone looking for top-quality movers. I was especially grateful they didn't spam my inbox or blow up my phone after I requested a quote online - they absolutely respected my communication preference of no phonecalls please. I was also relieved they didn't make me fill out a complete, room-by-room inventory of what I needed moved. They charged a very reasonable flat hourly fee based on how many movers I requested (I went with three, which worked well). I was a little nervous that they didn't take a deposit - were they really going to show up?? but not only did they show up (and on time), they worked so quickly you wouldn't have guessed they were getting paid hourly. 10/10, would recommend and will rebook next time I have to move (hopefully not soon).

    I was referred to this mover by the MIT furniture exchange. They said that YourMove was excellent…read more I was happy about this, because it is always great to find a good mover! What happened over the next week and a half was discouraging. I told them that I had a very restricted schedule (because I am a teacher). I cannot leave classes just because I have movers coming over. We tried to find a time, but it was hard. Eventually I asked my boss for a favor so I could get a time that would work. He let me out of a faculty meeting. This was a big favor. I worked hard to meet these movers halfway! But then on the day of the move, the movers called to say "Hey, we're done early today. Can we come to your place now?" It was TWO HOURS BEFORE THE AGREED TIME! I had to teach my class! What the hell? Who do these people think they are? I should leave work two hours earlier than OUR AGREED TIME just because it was MORE CONVENIENT FOR THE MOVERS? I tried to reach the dispatcher, Judy. I called her twice, but she didn't pick up. She claimed that she called me twice, but my phone said she hadn't. My phone ALWAYS picks up the missed calls. Her movers were certainly able to reach me via the same number. Judy said that she COULDN'T SEND THE MOVERS AT THE AGREED TIME BECAUSE SHE "DIDN'T WANT THEM WAITING AROUND FOR TWO HOURS." She said that over EMAIL. WHY ARE HER SCHEDULING ISSUES MY PROBLEM? It is not my problem! A DEAL IS A DEALl! I CALLED IN A FAVOR FROM MY BOSS SO I COULD BE THERE AT A TIME CONVENIENT FOR THE MOVERS, AND THEN THEY DON'T SHOW UP??? Too bad, favor wasted, because YOUR MOVE MOVERS DIDN'T WANT TO DO THEIR JOBS. When I talked to Judy on the phone, to her credit, she apologized tepidly. But she also said that nothing could be done about it. She made it seem like SHE was doing ME a favor by agreeing for such a late move time (4pm to 5pm). "Movers start early. The work hard and they finish early." She said she worked really hard to find a time for me, she really did me a favor. Great, that would have been nice IF THEY HAD SHOWN UP. You said 4-5PM, BE THERE AT 4-5PM! AND DON'T ACT LIKE YOU ARE _DOING_ME_A_FAVOR_BY_DOING_YOUR_JOB! Who do these people think they are? I cancelled my order. I will not be using them. I will be using someone else. This is flabbergasting, unacceptable. I can't hand over money to people who do such a miserable job with their customer service. Use someone else, someone who actually cares about their customers. Judy lost my sale, and broke a promise just because she can't schedule properly and because she didn't want to have her movers "sitting around for two hours" because she didn't have anything scheduled for them. Maybe she saved money by doing that, but she made me a furious fucking customer. I will make sure none of my friends ever use this service. Nice job, guys.

Also they are a reasonably priced, small, local business, and this shows through in my interactions with the owner and his employees, which is a very good thing. I could not ask for a better experience! I am reviewing them now, before an upcoming move, because I am a jerk who promised them a great review after my last move and forgot to do it.

This disease is spread in one of three ways: inhaling dust that is contaminated with rat urine or droppings, direct contact with rat feces or urine, and infrequently due to the bite of rat. They also carry. Officially, the CDC (The Center for Disease Control) lists seven diseases North American rats and mice transmit directly and 11 they transmit indirectly. None sounds good, and several can kill you. ... Foodborne disease is transmitted through saliva, urine, and droppings. In the course of one day's food rummaging, a rat can unload 50 half-inch droppings. I understand you are not responsible for what happened to my belongings, due to the rodent problem.However, my storage unit was infested by rats, rat fences and destruction of my personal property. i.e. my polo jacket, khakis pants, comforter and my suitcase. Due the high probability of transmitting a deadly disease carried by rodent, I was forced to discard my belongings!!! These items were destroyed by rats eating, nesting and probably reproducing inside my storage unit # 366 located at your Uhaul location in Cambridge,MA 844 Main Street. 02139 I complained about my unit having been overturned by rodents, back in October 2017. But nothing really happened. I understand that unfortunately, there is a huge homeless, disenfranchised people that occupy your area. I was threatened by one of your ex-customers that , had a storage unit next to mine, a year ago. They started asking me for money, then the man became aggressive and threatened me! I called 911, a Cambridge, Massachusetts police officer arrived. When I told the officer what happened, they lied and changed their version of events. The officer, let them go with a warning. And I quickly left your Uhaul location and headed home! Another time, I came to your location early on a Sunday morning, I was stuck outside your Cambridge Uhaul location because your after hours access card would not work!!!!! A caucasian man with a seringe dangling out of his arm, stumbled down the sidewalk towards me. He asked me for money, I noticed he had dried up blood on his arm, I told him I didn't have any money and ran away! I contacted your Uhaul customer service number, and explained, I was being charged an extra $5 for after hours access, and still couldn't get inside!!! And I also believe some of them also rent storage units and probably store food items in those storage items, in your Cambridge,MA location. I am not blaming you for the staff at this particular U-lHaul l ocationor what happened to me me or the serious rodents problem in your location. But, my belongings should have been safe and not destroyed by disease carrying rodents!! I have spent in excess of $2,000.00 during the 2 1/2 years of being your customer. I am sorry, I had to terminate my business with Uhaul. But between the rodents destroying and contaminating my entire storage unit, also I am purchasing a home in March, and I am now storing in a friend's home, here in Brookline, MA. I considered leaving some of my personal items in my storage unit, in your Cambridge Uhaul location. Because I could not salvage those because they were too contaminated with rodent excrement and the possible spread of dangerous pathogens and disease! But, after I saw the extent of rodent damage , rat excrement all over my clothing, linens, luggage and basically the infestation and contamination of the entire unit, I decided to end my storage occupancy at this location. In conclusion, great place to rent what you need, and as a customer, don't give these working folks a hard time, it's tough doing public service-facing jobs, remember that!
