We got the first month free and then put the monthly charge on our credit card. The price for this was the best compared to others we called about. We got a code for the gate and could come and go fairly easy. They do lock it for the night for security reasons. This location is right next to North End Treats and the pool store. There is another location closer to the mall but we didn't go there to compare since we were so pleased at this place. I would highly recommend this spot. We also go a POD which was great since it came to the house and was taken away. However, you can't go in and out to get things like you can with the storage unit. Both have pros and cons.

They were kind, professional, efficient, and punctual! My only word of advice would be to the front office, they didn't seem to provide enough communication to the movers and they were short on packing supplies and just how much they had to pack (to be fair they still did an amazing job which is why I'm still giving 5 stars). I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. I would've preferred to be informed much sooner and not just through email but it worked out just fine. Overall I would absolutely hire them again and you should too! (Just be extra communicative about what you need).

Just the heavy things I can't do myself. I was charged $742. My original quote was $405-$565. They wanted to say it's because of the 2 hour drive that was "not included." Which was already in the quoted price where it says it's included! I provided an image that says it was included. I had to argue with the movers and speak with a supervisor. I had moved an entire house for $700 before. So for a single room move for $742 is nuts. Also need to mention they will lie about the time on the detailed receipt that they worked more hours than how long it really took. The time from start to finish was 9:00 to 11:00. So be alert to look at that. Also lied that they were charging more because they were "assembling" my bed frame, which they indeed did not and I didn't need them too. So I ended up paying $600. Which is still more than the quoted price and an hour long interaction about the pricing.

The bay is also clutch for moving trucks especially if a rain storm or blizzard hits on moving day (we had one of each). It's well lit and bright. Having had a small business in the same vicinity believe me my tendency would be to be as supportive as possible but the treatment I received was inexcusable. 1. I never missed a payment. During Covid, I mailed my monthly payment within days of being due ( even though my own vendors were months behind) and due to the mail service at the time being very slow, I was slapped with a late fee which took some discussion to remove despite the whole world at the time being exempt from late rent and eviction. 2. More recently I went to move items out and had an accident where my face was bleeding profusely-- no one was in the office or reachable by phone ( I sat by my phone with blood all over my clothes , crying and trying to reach a family member. Why the manager did not forward his phone to his cell in this day and age is beyond me and should be a security requirement, but the fact that I later learned it was he walking by me numerous times without an inquiry was unbelievable! The man with him later turned out to be quite kind and got me ice once I figured out that the manager was on the floor. 2. The next time i went to the unit was the 5th of the month and my check had been mailed on Monday the 3rd. I could not get in despite the fact there is a 10 day grace period. The manager told me he could override the controls but only if he were in his office which, based on past behavior, could have trapped me there. I was in the process of getting him a personal cc ( would also need to cancel my check) when he hung up on me-- seriously? 3. I was pretty upset when I called back and mentioned his neglect when I was injured and lack of safety to which he replied " I am not here to serve your beck and call." 4. They didn't have any discounts to offer, but the value of the spaces I rented was well worth it. I had also rented U-Haul trucks when they used to have them. They don't have them anymore, but my experience with their trucks was seamless and easy. I was able to get all my stuff moved in and the truck returned in one day. This Storage Facility is the best one I have ever been the customer of.

The building was secure and there were cameras everywhere. Driving around it and parking were easy, and the units are relatively easy to find. The GM, Laura, gave me a tour and helped me pick the right size unit for me (a smaller one). Laura also made sure I had no trouble getting in the building with my personal security code. Signing the agreement was quick and easy and Laura was patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I'll update this again after my lease term is up, but I don't anticipate any problems based on what I saw.

I ran across this site and the reviews seemed great. So I clicked was taken to the Home landing page. But then when I tried to get rates, etc., it kept taking me to a uhaul site that had boxes. I went back and forth trying to figure it out. The home page has pictures of ACTUAL STORAGE UNITS. I finally called. And guess what. THEY DO NOT HAVE STORAGE UNITS. This is very misleading. And some of the reviews are for units. What gives? I am more than annoyed. 20 minutes I will never get back.
