I had a complicated eBay order to mail that needed to be divided into 3 boxes, fragile items. It was difficult getting the usual eBay mailing label with three boxes. I got estimates from the store and used those. When my items sold, I took everything down for packing and shipping. I don't often review places but Sunny was so helpful I couldn't help but tell everyone. Don't let the older reviews scare you off give this store a chance. I had to get some documents printed notarized scanned and emailed. It was a great experience as they went above and beyond to help me. The owner Sunny was there and we got to talking. He recently bought the store and is very proud of what he has. He told me that the before he bought it the store was a bit run down and service wasn't a top priority. He renovated the store and Its obvious to me the customer comes first here. read more

I went to get a signature notarized. I was informed that notarization is "by appointment only," though it says nothing about that on the website and I've been to several other UPS stores with no issue. I simply wanted my signature notarized, and she began inquirying about what I was signing. Um... no. I've had dozens of signatures notized and no one has ever asked me what I'm signing. Notaries are simply supposed to verify that my signature is my signature. They are not supposed to conduct an investigation into what I'm signing. I'll stick to the friendly, efficient notaries at the UPS store in Arlington for now on... read more

I don't even want to put one star.. I never had a good experience with their service.. charge too much and service is 0/10. Late deliveries, attempted delivery but never left a note to do delivery adjustment, even call the customer representative to make adjustment but package never delivered to my house. Will never use UPS service again. read more

One of THE most horrible customer services experiences of all time. (And that's every time I've tried it - thrice.) My MO is to try to give them the benefit of the doubt, and each time the woman running it has gone out of her way to project an air of rudeness unmatched by anyone in a customer service position in my experience. I can only imagine she's the owner, since any owner would have fired her as an employee years ago. my advice: never give this place any of your dollars. It appears she has a monopoly in concord, but it would be low effort to drive this place out of business by opening a place where the staff has even baseline manners. read more

They ship UPS - that is about all I can say. Its cheaper to do it yourself. Kind of a customer unfriendly atmosphere. I walked by the other day and read a notice on their door warning customers about all the rules they have and how they dont give reciepts for UPS drop offs. Places like this that think customers are a bother will eventually fold when people figure them out. read more

60 Thoreau Street , Concord is where I received just terrible Service on the 11th of December morning 2020. Most often there is a lovely young girl who is a perfect customer service employee. Today was quite the opposite. Firstly they told me they cannot send anything to a p.o. box, then I said I have sent things before to this very address. I asked them to look it up in the system. Then they looked it up in the system and it was there. They then agreed to send it out to a P.O. Box. I then had another package that required a box, they said it would cost 58.00 to send to PA. I said that was ridiculous. Went to the normal post office and it went out for $ 28.00 with the purchase of a box. These two young men were, rude, and completely unhelpful. Neither should be in the service industry, no less UPS, as most of us have an excellent view of this company. Hire people who are kind and willing to serve customers with a smile and do not see it as a chore they wish not to do. read more

Went there for the first time this morning to drop off a package. Store was not opened on time. When it did open, I said hi to the woman and was greeted with, "Pre paid package? Leave it by the door". Rude and unfriendly. The store is also a mess. I had no idea where to leave my package by the door as there was boxes every where. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I took three UPS Ground pre-paid boxes into this store at 11:10AM EST on July19, 2010 and I was told that they would not accept the boxes because they were valued at over $100. I was told to go to Staples to ship them. I have been to UPS Stores all over the country and this is the first time a store has told me they would not accept a UPS Ground package. Apparently, this store is doing so well that they can refuse business. I was going to purchase a 6 month mailbox at this location but decided if they don't want some of my business then they won't get any of my business. Franchise owners of this location, if you don't like shipping UPS pre-paid boxes for customers then you picked the wrong franchise to open. I am reporting this to UPS Corporate. read more

Terrible customer service by most of the employees, messy store with no room to walk and the horrible music is blasting!! Worst store ever!

I had more than 20 boxes shipped to this store and they arrived in terrible shape. They hadn't been packed properly at another UPS store and they split open in transit. Carla (sp?) the owner called to tell me the boxes had arrived damaged. When I came to get them I was really shocked at how messed up they were; foam popcorn was spilling out of everything. Even though their store had nothing to do with the shape of the boxes, Carla and her assistant, Ramon, were incredibly helpful They helped me open the torn boxes to see what was broken, helped me retape the boxes, even reboxed a few items when the original box was beyond repair. They did all this without giving me any sense that I was being annoying or a burden. They were incredibly professional and polite. I even got a crash course in proper packing from Carla.
