I'm always in need of flyers, posters, banners and full color catalogs for these shows. And we need outdoor signs that are weather resistant for our flowers and trees in the Nursery Yard. Whenever I have needed printing done in a hurry, Tom MacDonald owner of PGI, has always sent me quotes asap and gotten the job printed and delivered right on time. I've been working with them for over six years and would absolutely recommend this company for big or small printing orders.

Overnight service is usually norm for us, but it has always been met with a timely delivery... a necessity for us given our extremely tight timeframes The quality of the digital output is superior to any other company we have worked with, and while we have tried more local vendors, the results have been far less than adequate. Print Graphics cares about their customer as well as what they are FEDEXing out to them. That makes all the difference in the world. A truly great partner for our business, that I highly recommend!

Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.

Taylor was quick to reassure me that I was off to a good start, while also giving me a good push to stretch what I was doing to be more effective, which is exactly what I needed. She really helped build my confidence that this was something I could handle, and that she would help put me on the right path. I think my favorite part of working with Taylor was that the marketing plan she put together read like a giant to-do list. Some of it was more immediate-term than other parts, which helped it feel manageable, but I'm someone who definitely likes having some sort of concrete guidance on what I should be doing -- Taylor's marketing plan was thorough without being overwhelming. When it comes down to it, Taylor is both knowledgeable and approachable, and is really excellent at figuring out how to work within the budget of a small business. When two of my children were going through some medical things that needed my attention, it was a relief to be able to hire Taylor to take over some of my marketing since I knew I could trust her with my business. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
