Mike and his team did an excellent job addressing my save the dates! They were detail-oriented and fast! I am very pleased with the results!

The team that handled printing for my project was very helpful and made the process very easy to coordinate from out of state.

The work was done when Alex committed it to be done and he even hand delivered the stuff to our site.

Everyone please save your time and money with this place. We came here for the "fast" turnaround…read moretime we were promised 4-5 business days which turned into 2 weeks. Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.

Their solution ? Now shunt you off into a little side area where you have to wait for all of the regular purchase customers to be cleared before you will be serviced . I was going buy something from them, but after being treated like a second class citizen for coming for the wrong reason, I sure don't feel a need to help them out. It's extra ironic that their Amazon returns process has a review kiosk to rate the service that they basically have stopped allowing people to use by unplugging it. These people clearly just don't care and are going out of their way to treat Amazon returns customers like toxic waste. I get it that Amazon returns are burdensome and they probably don't bring in a lot of money, but that's not my problem as a customer, that's between them and Amazon. Stop punishing the customer for your corporate deals .. you certainly aren't going to make me a Staples customer by treating people this way.

Based on that, I believed I was speaking directly with Keller Williams. During the call, I signed up for what I thought was a Keller Williams service. After the call, I realized I had actually purchased a service from Constant Contact, a third-party company affiliated with Keller Williams. Had that been clear from the beginning, I would have made a different decision. Less than 24 hours later, I called to cancel my account and request a full refund. Instead of processing my request, I was asked multiple times (at least four) if I wanted to keep the account in some form. I was offered a 40% discount, encouraged to leave the account inactive instead of canceling it, and presented with several other retention offers before my request was finally addressed. It felt like every effort was made to avoid honoring a simple cancellation request. When I asked for a full refund, I was placed on hold for several minutes. The representative returned and told me they had been able to approve a "full refund, excluding any add-ons." At no point before that had anyone mentioned add-ons. I then had to specifically ask whether my account even had add-ons and how much those charges were before I was told my refund would actually be only $39 out of the $59 I had paid. The entire experience left me feeling misled--from the way the initial call was presented to the cancellation and refund process. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this company altogether and choosing a provider that is transparent about who they are, what they're selling, and what you're paying for. I value companies that are upfront and honest with their customers rather than relying on confusing sales language and aggressive retention tactics to close a sale or prevent a cancellation.
