My biggest worry before hiring Taylor was that I was doing my marketing so wrong there might not be a way to make things better. Taylor was quick to reassure me that I was off to a good start, while also giving me a good push to stretch what I was doing to be more effective, which is exactly what I needed. She really helped build my confidence that this was something I could handle, and that she would help put me on the right path.
I think my favorite part of working with Taylor was that the marketing plan she put together read like a giant to-do list. Some of it was more immediate-term than other parts, which helped it feel manageable, but I'm someone who definitely likes having some sort of concrete guidance on what I should be doing -- Taylor's marketing plan was thorough without being overwhelming.
When it comes down to it, Taylor is both knowledgeable and approachable, and is really excellent at figuring out how to work within the budget of a small business. When two of my children were going through some medical things that needed my attention, it was a relief to be able to hire Taylor to take over some of my marketing since I knew I could trust her with my business.
