She lacked basic professionalism and customer service skills, and repeatedly screened my calls when I tried to speak with the manager. I was told multiple times that the manager was not in and would call me back, but he never did. When I first spoke with the manager, he sounded confident and repeatedly assured me that everything I asked for could be done. Unfortunately, it became clear afterward that he was simply yes-ing me to death. The job ultimately fell far short of what was promised. The vehicle wrap itself is poorly done. There are visible imperfections where areas were not wrapped properly. The interior sections are already peeling, and the area around the third brake light is peeling as well, something that should never happen with a quality wrap, especially given the amount of money I paid upfront. After several failed attempts to resolve these issues and numerous calls to the manager, I finally gave up trying to reach anyone who would take responsibility. I spent a significant amount of money, but did not receive the quality of work or level of service promised. I will be uploading photos to show the condition of the wrap. Beware of this business based on my experience; they do not stand behind their work or their customers.

Turns out their location was closed, new location still under construction. Both addresses show up on website and emails from them. Turns out my print was going to be in Woburn. When I went there 2 days later, it was not done yet. It was 'on it's way from Boston', come back later today. That's 2 1/2 days to get on print from pdf, after going on a treasure hunt to find where it was. Note that the Woburn location is a 30 minute one-way drive (without 128 traffic). Communication was as horrible as it was confusing, and waiting 2-3 days for one print is ridiculous. Too bad Amazon doesn't do printing, they would have it to me the same day.
