I have always found what I was looking for at Staples and more. Things I didn't even know that was available can be found there. The place is big and open and clearly marked and you can play with the electronics (eBooks, computers) in the open area. The do have an area in the front with other suggested items that can be helpful, even for gift options. The children's section has some good teaching accessories and craft type items.

Staples is a fine store. I shop there more than average person for tons and tons of supplies, and when I can I prefer Office Depot / Max. In this area though, being that Staples Corporate is in Framingham, it is the dominant office supply superstore, and has somehow managed to get all of the business and have both Office Depot (just a few years ago) and Office Max (about 10 years ago....) close at Shoppers World. This Staples is quite in-superior to some of the others for a few reasons. First, the staff. I only dealt with the cashier, so I don't know how copy and print is, or the easy-tech people, but only a very few times has someone ever not even said "hello" back to me. Now, I'm not coming to Staples to be said "hello" to ; nevertheless, it's quite rude not to. In addition, the manager also wasn't too friendly and didn't seem to have interest in fixing an issue (explained next). Second, small little errors annoy me a lot (exaggerated). If something needs to be fixed, I'll point it out. As this Yelp listing shows, this store is located on "881 Worcester Street", not "881 Worcester Road" as their website and receipt read. If someone unfamiliar with the area was looking at the website, they would be taken to "881 Worcester Road" which is in Framingham, and not Staples. For now, I actually hope this does happen to people so they can figure out their problems and fix them. For now, I won't be back to the Natick Staples. If you're looking for a good place to buy office supplies in the immediate area, Walmart and Target are both around, and the Staples in nearby Framingham and Marlborough have to be better than this location. Too bad Office Depot isn't still in the area....... 2 stars for the Natick Staples.

The folks in the copy center and UPS mailing part of the store are extremely helpful. Great store overall.

I understand service centers have policies, and I wasn't trying to argue or ask for special treatment. When I walked in the store tonight it was empty and I hear a "I'll be right with you" yelled from behind a wall. When the technician walked out and asked what they could do for me I replied with a sad smile and a "I hope you can help" and went on with my story. As I was trying to explain, they interrupted and asked me to remove my phone from its case, and took it without explanation. As soon as they noticed a very small cosmetic scratch on the frame -- unrelated to the software boot issue -- they cut me off mid-sentence and stopped listening. The phone (which is 2 months old) was handed back to me with "it's out of warranty," with no other explanation. I tried to continue the description of the issue, as it was a known software issue with the phone. They insisted that a minor cosmetic scratch voided the warranty. I questioned it and they said they would check with the manager. Went behind a wall for less than 2 minutes and returned and said they wouldn't help, I could try mailing it to Samsung. The manager did not come out to address me personally. This was especially frustrating because Samsung later confirmed the device was still eligible for warranty service for this issue. I can accept a "no," but the lack of basic communication and empathy made an already stressful situation worse.

Picked up the ipad and they assured me it was fixed and would charge. Got it home and it did not charge at all. Brought it back and they said it was actually a different problem (without really acknowledging they'd previously told me - falsely - that they'd fixed it). Went to pick it up for the second time and they said it would be too expensive to fix and I should call Asurion, file a claim and most likely they'd replace the device for me. Called Asurion who of course had no interest in helping me. So I spent 2 round trips to the store, lots of time on the phone and money on a monthly plan, without actually getting anything fixed.

Note: They only fix Apple products - but that was what I really wanted to be brought back to life, so all good. I had given up on the iphone after Apple told me it had a bad motherboard and quoted a high minimum starting price to replace that. He was able to diagnose the issue as being Face ID (which he fixed) and then that there was a camera issue. With a battery added this fix was less than what Apple quoted for the "motherboard." I appreciated that he was happy he could fix it (I was happy too). ** This business is on the lower level at 212 Sumner Street (just beyond Lee's Burgers) at Newton Centre. The sign is easy to miss (I only saw it on my visit to pick up my phone), so I wanted to flag that they are still at that location. I am very satisfied and have already mentioned MiPhone Doctor to another family member. I love a good origin story - the owner is an engineer by background who got into this after learning to fix his own iphone rather than paying what he thought were exorbitant prices at that time. Glad to have discovered MiPhone and highly recommend them.
