My experience at this store was absolutely terrible. I spoke with the owner of this store, his name is Arvind, and he was incredibly rude to me and telling me I should stop threatening him. I had gone to the store to do a return for a purchase I made through a third party vendor. I was returning the part and gave them the address to use. The agent at the UPS store entered the address and told me to click the OK or continue button a few times on the screen. I followed her instructions and clicked those buttons. We later found out that the agent had entered the wrong address, because a week later I got a call from the UPS store telling me that the shipment had been returned to them in Natick as undeliverable. It was at that time that we found out that the agent at The UPS Store had inputted the wrong address and had missed putting in a six for the number of the street. When I spoke with the staff at The UPS Store, the manager and then the owner, both told me that I would have to pay to have it shipped again even though it was the agent who had typed in the address incorrectly. They explained to me that because there was a step on the screen that required that I verified the address that it became my fault and not the agents. Of course, this was not the case because the agent had told me to just click OK and continue. The owner then proceeded to explain that he had looked at the CCTV footage (this is weird by the way that they have CCTV to try and prove customers wrong, it goes to show how many complaints they must get!) and in the CCTV it showed that I actually verified the address and thus again it was my fault and I would have to pay to have the item shipped again. So even though I had just done what the agent said (click continue and ok), they were still blaming me. So I guess we're getting to the point with our society where when you go to a restaurant and you place your order with the waiter, that the waiter will have the customer read the order from his pad to make sure that he has not made a mistake. And if you get the wrong food now it's your fault and you have to pay for a new dish. Or maybe when you go to the doctor and they write a prescription they will have you as the patient read the prescription to make sure it's the right one and then if you get the wrong one because you read it incorrectly and it ends up causing you harm the doctor isn't at fault because it was the patient who is required to verify what the doctor has done. It's funny I don't see other businesses doing this sort of thing but only at this particular UPS store. By the way it would have cost The UPS Store $16.00 to ship my item again but they decided saving $16.00 was more important than a happy customer. I'm done using The UPS Store and will start using FedEx instead. I am looking forward to the response from the owner where they take absolutely no responsibility for anything and just blame the customer, like they've done on every other poor review here. read more

Used this store several times. Located in the strip Mall with Stop & Shop. Really no complaints. Service is fairly straight forward. However they are in need of an easily seen CLOSED sign on their front door. I recently parked and unloaded a heavy boxed return item from my car. Struggled with it across the parking lot....only to discover they close early on the weekend...according to the small printed store hours on the front door. As I struggled back to my car, I passed another customer hauling a large box on a dolly to the store. They leave lights on which makes them appear to be open from a distance. A simple easily seen CLOSED sign would save customers this great inconvenience. read more

I have been using the Natick UPS store for all my package deliveries, Amazon returns and mailing supplies for years. They are always professional, my packages always get to their destinations on time (sometimes earlier) and they provide excellent service. I use them for personal and business related shipping. Appreciate the store's response to my review. Reading it would have been helpful with accuracy of their response. Like my experience at the store, the response shows their bad service. They said that they couldn't do returns unless they were sure it was the same box, I made it very clear it would be THE SAME BOX. In their reply they said they weren't sure it would be the same box so they couldn't help. At no point was it uncertain it would be the same box, so I am not sure what would convince them I was not lying. Why they assumed I was lying I am not sure, but assuming a customer is lying isn't the best service model. In their response they also say "If someone else is willing to take their chances, it is up to them"...I didn't realize you get to pick and chose when to actually provide the services you advertise, based on ...what exactly? In another reply to another complaint they said they couldn't help a customer because their bins for pick up were overflowing. That is a store problem, not a customer problem. You need to figure that out and not present it as a valid reason for horrible customer service. Another UPS store (the one in Chestnut Hill) had no problem mailing my box with a return receipt as they believed me when I said it was the same box. And it came back to me no problem, in the SAME BOX. Seems like they don't trust, believe, or want to help customers. DO NOT GO HERE if you have a choice. read more

Good convenient store in the same shopping complex as Staples. I went to UPS for Notary services. Took a printout from Staples and went to UPS to get the notary stamps. So convenient! Anyway, the process was smooth. I was asked to produce my ID and the originals. The lady who works there was easy to work with, explained everything well, checked if my documents are fine and stamped them. She messed up one of my printouts, but she was nice enough to make another copy for me free of charge. Well, if everything was so good, why only 3 stars? 2 things: 1. Too expensive. $10 per document or $10 per page. 2. The high price comes as a surprise because they don't mention the prices on their website. I think it's important for the businesses to be transparent with their customers. Let the customers know how much you charge them before they come to your store, especially if you have such expensive services. read more

I came into this store the other morning and I had the best experience. The young lady who works the morning shift was wonderful!! Not only was she the only one working, but she had a line out the door. She was running around helping everyone to the best of he ability. She was helping customers on both computers. She was very friendly and had a smile on her face when greeting each customer. I had trouble with my label and she was very patient with me and helped me with the whole process of sending it to the store email and printing it for me. My primary advice is to implore you NOT to use UPS "access points" at Advance Auto Parts, CVS, etc. I made the mistake of dropping off a next-day air package (cost: $58) at the Advance Auto Parts around the corner from this store because the UPS Store was closed. The package included Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, and other highly confidential information. The intended recipient notified my three days later that the package never arrived. The tracking code told me that the package was still at Advance Auto Parts. I went there to discover the package randomly sitting on a shelf behind the cashier. I subsequently discovered that it had been opened and taped back shut. I had to issue a credit freeze and notify my financial services providers of possible identity theft. The good news is that the very kind and understanding woman who was working at the UPS Store in Natick he next day was able to get it shipped out in a new package with a new label without charging me an additional $58. DON'T USE UPS ACCESS POINTS. The UPS Store in Natick is where you need to go to ship stuff safely and securely. read more

Horrible customer service, go to staples next door. I've dropped off usps packages before. Ups has always taken it, says no tracking but happy to help. I just went in and the man refused to take it and said no receipt or tracking. Won't be back to this location. Went to staples next door and they took it said same thing, but happily took it, and did give me a slip that I was there even though it had no tracking. If the guy had explained why he couldn't accept my package on this particular day, than I would of understood. Instead he made me feel like he didn't want to help. Better customer service is the bottom line, and the difference between ups and staples that day. Choose people who want to be there, who will represent your company to your standards. read more

I don't usually give reviews but feel this locally owned UPS store has provided consistently excellent customer service. I frequently do business here for personal mailings and returns. Each employee is careful to measure and pack. I've never had a problem with anything. In fact, the only con is there are long lines during peak season but the vibe is very pleasant with other customers and employees. Be patient and plan to wait in line during the Christmas rush. If you read all the reviews you will notice a significant uptick since the management changed about 3 years ago. read more

She was so patient and knowledgeable about my situation of returning a bulk item to Amazon. Finally I spoke to Julio about his thoughts on the matter. Pissed!!!!! Came in on 11/29/19 to return something to Amazon. After scanning the QR code on my phone, was told that I had to buy packaging/envelope in order for them to accept it. Since I didn't want to spend money on packaging that I have at home, I left. Now my husband is sending me to a different UPS store with the same QR code. I like most UPS stores and have used this one several times. I called around for a notary and another UPS store told me $1 for notary services. I went in to Natick because I was in the area and This store charged me $20 notarizing 2 documents. I asked why so much and the person said each store can charge whatever they want. So 10 times the value is OK?? I feel the Owner was just being greedy. I will not go there ever again. read more

The only virtue of this store is that it's convenient. Twice I've gone with huge Zappos boxes to return and wasn't offered help getting them in. The last time I swear the two people inside saw me struggling at the curb and turned around to act like they didn't see me. Let me add that I'm 72 and clearly not what you'd call spry. The door opens out so I was struggling with the box trying to open the door. Still no help. Finally as I staggered in some guy wanders in my direction and asks if I need a receipt. Only dealt with this store in passing, but the employee my girlfriend dealt with was one of the nicest I've ever crossed paths with at a shipping store. He was affable, friendly, genuine and not a huge ahole like people at most USPS centers or UPS stores are. A really nice change of pace and great to deal with. Bob Murray, the store's owner, charged me $1 for a piece of tape. Yes, $1 for a single piece of tape (about 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches), even after shipping a package that probably weighed 10 pounds (returning a cable box to the cable company). When I complained, he replied "Nobody cares about the small business owner" and then refused to talk to me further. It was a truly strange experience. It's interesting that the 4 star review from 4/23/2011 was written by Bob M, likely the owner of the store. Be sure to check the yelp "filtered' reviews for this store. I've been a customer here since 2013 (3+ years as of December 2016) and have found the owner Sarah and her staff to be excellent. I run a small business, and have 3 young children, so even though it's an additional monthly expense, having a "box" here to receive packages from my customers all over the USA makes my life a lot easier! UPS "UPS Store" locations are franchised, so although their systems are good (like email notification when packages arrive) it really is the individual owners that make a difference to how well each store operates. On September 11, 2011, about 2pm, I visited this store and met a very rude old man behind the counter, he was yelling at me and ask me out because I ask him to treat me well. When i walk into the store and try to get a paper box, the first thing he said to me was, "the paper box ison sale" meaning not free. OK, I intend to take out my stuff to see if the box is fitting, then he said to me, "you have to pack your stuff outside!" How the hell I know this box fitting? I have no way to take the box out before paying it, but how do I know this is the box I need before trying my stuff in the box? I felt not comfortable after his words.
