This location charged them $550 for a shipment that should have been $150 or so! The store purposefully sold them too large a box and then on top inaccurately measured the dimensions of that box to make it exactly 1 inch over a 130 inch "large package" threshold leading to extreme fees. It's all just a scam. When I called 45 minutes later to inquire how the charge got so large and to attempt to reverse by canceling the whole shipment, the owner became verbally abusive and then personally threatening. These people are crooks. Avoid at all costs. UPS Corporate should not allow franchisees like this to sully their name. There is a reason why this location has so many terrible reviews.
