Shipping bday gift to grandson from Taunton to Wakefield. It was delivered to me in a gigantic box (waste!) Mostly air. I as a 1st time customer am IMPRESSED. 1/2 he b4 closing he cut the box outside the boxes gift in half, taped it all up, slapped on the new label & had it ready for the FedEx pick up that was already late. Lucky Me! Relieved the FedEx chargers were $25ish BUT what struck me was when I checked the receipt he only charged me $2- for re-packaging (effort) Wowza try that at the post office. Best part is he did it all with a smile. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. That guy needs a raise. This place is gonna be a frequent stop for me. All the hours I've wasted trying to find boxes, wrapping in brown paper like a former postal worker would do, & a whole lot of tape when all I have to do now is bring it to Parcel & Post Plus. I wanted to be able to check multiple providers to ship a large package. I brought it in and told him I wanted the cheapest option for shipping across the country. He quoted it in at $70 which was insane as I saw $37-$45 online for UPS/FedEx, I asked if there was any way to make it cheaper and he said no one would give me anything near $35-$40 as I had seen. I took my package to Staples in Raynham just down the street and they gave my UPS Ground shipping for $37!!! Do not come here. I felt like I was getting scammed for $70 and I was. Take your packages down the street to Staples or any Walgreens that does FedEx unless you want to DOUBLE what it actually costs. read more

Customer service is awful. Tried to ship a USPS Flat rate box --- Came up at 24.00 didn't think anything about it till I got home and gave the receipt to my husband who told me that a Flat rate box is 14. Also he asked me where the tracking number was.. I had to call to see if I can get it.. he said he would email it to me.. he did not.. On another visit. again I asked for a tracking number.. again he said he would email it.. again he did not . The gentlemen behind the counter was a grump. He at no point smiled, made eye contact with me or even truly said hello. I would NEVER recommend this place go anywhere but here. If you are looking to mail or ship something, you are absolutely better off doing it at the post office, or directly with UPS or FedEx. A couple of months ago, I sold a collectible trading card on eBay, and stopped by this location to see if shipping it out there would be worth avoiding the trip across town to the post office. I don't remember the specific price, but it was more than twice as expensive to ship the item from this location than the post office. The clerk was not very helpful, and snapped at me when I politely declined to purchase shipping services from him due to price. read more

I am not only disappointed in the customer service but I also paid 2.00 over the cost of regular STANDARD shipping to send a pair of socks out! The man at the desk never provided me a tracking number. He said he would email it to me. Never did. I called back and he said he would get right on it. Never did. Not in my junk mail either. I bought a model at auction and needed it shipped out to me. To bad for me and model Auction picked these guys to pack and ship. When model arrived to my horror when I opened it shipper thought it was grand ideas to included a 15pound package of paper in a box with a handbuilt model. I tried to get Charles to do right by me which he did not gave small refund on packing instead of whole thing like he should have. Now I am stuck with an item that needs major repair and I have to foot the bill. How he has been in business since 1990 is beyond me.
