    This location is awesome! I come here pretty often for returns and Nick who is usually behind the counter is knowledgeable, quick and kind.

    My experience at this store was absolutely terrible. I spoke with the owner of this store, his name…read moreis Arvind, and he was incredibly rude to me and telling me I should stop threatening him. I had gone to the store to do a return for a purchase I made through a third party vendor. I was returning the part and gave them the address to use. The agent at the UPS store entered the address and told me to click the OK or continue button a few times on the screen. I followed her instructions and clicked those buttons. We later found out that the agent had entered the wrong address, because a week later I got a call from the UPS store telling me that the shipment had been returned to them in Natick as undeliverable. It was at that time that we found out that the agent at The UPS Store had inputted the wrong address and had missed putting in a six for the number of the street. When I spoke with the staff at The UPS Store, the manager and then the owner, both told me that I would have to pay to have it shipped again even though it was the agent who had typed in the address incorrectly. They explained to me that because there was a step on the screen that required that I verified the address that it became my fault and not the agents. Of course, this was not the case because the agent had told me to just click OK and continue. The owner then proceeded to explain that he had looked at the CCTV footage (this is weird by the way that they have CCTV to try and prove customers wrong, it goes to show how many complaints they must get!) and in the CCTV it showed that I actually verified the address and thus again it was my fault and I would have to pay to have the item shipped again. So even though I had just done what the agent said (click continue and ok), they were still blaming me. So I guess we're getting to the point with our society where when you go to a restaurant and you place your order with the waiter, that the waiter will have the customer read the order from his pad to make sure that he has not made a mistake. And if you get the wrong food now it's your fault and you have to pay for a new dish. Or maybe when you go to the doctor and they write a prescription they will have you as the patient read the prescription to make sure it's the right one and then if you get the wrong one because you read it incorrectly and it ends up causing you harm the doctor isn't at fault because it was the patient who is required to verify what the doctor has done. It's funny I don't see other businesses doing this sort of thing but only at this particular UPS store. By the way it would have cost The UPS Store $16.00 to ship my item again but they decided saving $16.00 was more important than a happy customer. I'm done using The UPS Store and will start using FedEx instead. I am looking forward to the response from the owner where they take absolutely no responsibility for anything and just blame the customer, like they've done on every other poor review here.

I sold an item on eBay and bought the shipping label via eBay itself. When I came to this store I explained that I needed help packaging the item and making sure it got their safe and undamaged. The staff handed me a bubble mailer. I specifically asked if it would be possible to instead provide a box with cushioning. I explained that this was an item I was selling and I needed assurance that the item would arrive undamaged in any way. The staff assured me "it won't get damaged." I voiced my skepticism however the staff seemed insistent that there would be no damage to the item. Sure enough, the item is being returned to me with photos of damage. I am now unable to sell this item now due to irreversible damage. Once again: the staff was very kind and personable: I'm only upset by the fact that they were so insistent/resistant to just provide a box. It has left me with the impression that instead of taking the extra steps to help provide what I was looking for, they just wanted to get the transaction over with asap and get on with their day. The experience has unfortunately put me off on this location and staff. I appreciate the "service with a smile" I truly do: but the professionalism unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired.

I let go because I did not want to delay others and I was not comfortable staying around in small store and making sure I am able to maintain distance. I was given a delivery date and took the fastest option as I was shipping time sensitive material and I mentioned that to the lady who was supposed to be helping me. Last I called today to understand what happened and since I went with USPS option though from their store, I am told we can't help you!!! Now the day it should be arriving to the destination, I track online and I am find the package is still in Boston!!!

    I came to this UPS store to return something from Amazon. The Amazon app let me pick specific…read morelocations to return my merchandise. It specifically says no box or label needed. Just bring it and let them scan the QR code and you're set. I went to this UPS store location in Watertown this morning and it was not a good experience at all. I should've known, as it has never been a good experience in the past. The older lady there that helped me was surprised that I showed up with just the product (which was in the box - just not an amazon box). She had to check with her manager (older gentleman)...who came over with a tape measure and was like "we can only ship items less than 16". The box was about 17" and he made it seem like he was doing me a favor by accepting it. The lady proceeded to scan my QR code and was like "I'll have to mail it like this (without putting it in another box) and I hope you get your refund from Amazon. We are not responsible. This can get lost or stolen". I asked if she could at least tape the opening to make the package more secure, since she wasn't willing to put it in another box...she said no and reiterated several more times "I hope you get your refund etc". Whatever. Returning something shouldn't be this hard, especially when Amazon pointed me here with those specific instructions. There is clearly a disconnect. This UPS store is not about helping customers. Everything felt like they were doing me a favor, ugh! I would not go here again. I'd gladly put the item back in a box and go to USPS or something instead. I wouldn't have gone here in the first place had the app offered the Wholefoods return option - always a good experience there!

    Everyone please save your time and money with this place. We came here for the "fast" turnaround…read moretime we were promised 4-5 business days which turned into 2 weeks. Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.

I had t-shirts and eye-masks printed for a bachelorette party and everything came out great. I will be back for sure!
