I've had a Zagg shield on every iPhone, iPad and iPad mini that I've owned, and I've owned every pretty much every single model that's been released. Zagg has been great at protecting my devices as well as honoring their warranty. Today, after Apple refused to replace the cracked screen on my 10 y/o's iPhone 6+, I stopped by the Zagg kiosk to have the cracked glass shields on my 11 y/o's iPhone 6s+ and my 7+ replaced. I noticed a sign that said they also replaced cracked screens so I asked about the service. The technician explained that if he replaced the screen Apple would not look at the phone. I indicated that was fine since they refused to replace the screen anyways. He said it would take about 20 minutes. We returned after 30 minutes to a fixed screen and a very excited and happy 10 y/o. read more

Zia helped me immediately ! My husbands phone protecter cracked and we got the screen protector here and they said if it ever cracks chips it gets damaged it only 10 dollars to bring it back ! So we did a year later and no drama. I then gave them my new iPhone to add the screen protector and it was super fast and again no drama. Had a great experience! Staff was friendly and quick and they told me the cost up front for the installation fee ($5 seemed extremely reasonable!). I ended up getting an upgrade because they were out of my model and they only charged me what it would have been for my model. I was a bit apprehensive after reading previous reviews, but I really needed my screen protector replaced so decided to chance it. I got my iPhone 7 screen replaced last night. Super quick repair which was great. Seemed to be working fine until today when I was driving I no longer can see my phone screen with my sunglasses on. It is working fine but beyond frustrated I now can't see my screen when its sunny out if I have my sunglasses on. I did turn my brightness all the way up and it didn't make a difference. I am really surprised at the bad reviews Zagg has gotten on their yelp! I got recommend to come to this kiosk to have a privacy screen protector installed from an associate at the Apple store. I was slightly hesitant as I was in town visiting from California, and was worried if something went wrong with the application or products, I wouldn't be able to visit this location again. After browsing their products and hearing their guarantees both my boyfriend and I decided to get privacy screens on our brand new phones. The gentleman who helped me had strawberry blonde/red hair, I'm not too sure of his name but he was so incredibly friendly. Not once did my boyfriend and I feel pressured into making a purchase. Honestly, the screen protector was one of the best investments I've made for my phone. I'm a special effects makeup artist, and constantly beating up my phone in my lab. I work with a lot of concrete, fiberglass etc. and constantly dropping my phone and spilling all sorts of chemicals on it, and not once have I had an issue with my screen. Because I'm so rough on my phone I have normal wear and tear on the screen like cracking and chips, however it's completely saved my actual screen from shattering! After having my screen for about 6 months it was pretty wrecked (on my behalf). I was recently back in town and was contemplating on replacing my screen, but honestly I didn't want to fork up $40, and reading these reviews I was even more reserved. BUT, my family member wanted to get a new screen and when I asked how much it would be to have my screen replaced it was only $10!! So, of course I replaced my screen :) Based off my own personal experience this kiosk is not a scam, and the staff are really helpful and genuine. At the end of the day you are paying someone for a service so I don't see the issue with paying someone a service fee. If any customer feels as if its too quick and easy to install and shouldn't have to pay someone to do so, they are entitled to their opinion and completely should do it themselves. They will honor replacing your screen if you are being reasonable with them, at the end of the day they are still a business and they deal with people trying to scam them on a daily basis. I'm not sure how anyone can expect a company to replace a screen for free without physical proof that they actually even had a screen with them. I give this business 5 stars, I'm using their screen as I type this lengthy review, and validate that they are a legit business! read more

I would give them no stars if I could. This place is horrible. My sister went to go get her phone screen replaced (THE SCREEN AND PHONE WORKED), and the guy told her it would take 20 minutes. When she came back, THE PHONE WAS BROKEN. He hadn't fixed the screen, and it wouldn't turn on. HE BROKE HER PHONE. I'm more than furious! These are very nice people, but don't buy from them. If you take home a keyboard and it doesn't work, they won't replace it, even if only a few days later. Instead, they will make you contact Zagg directly. You can buy the same things at stores that stand behind their products. read more

Even more impressive was he told me that my cover was still protecting the phone despite looking a little tattered. Most people would have just sold me a new cover. ZAGG is always my first stop after buying any new electronic device and thank goodness that is the case - I dropped my iPhone 6S yesterday, smashed the screen protector and got a new one today. In the past I have tried other screen protectors and found them to be insufficiently strong and/or cloudy. Not only is the ZAGG protector crystal clear and extremely durable but the folks at the Natick Mall kiosk expertly apply it after thoroughly cleaning the screen. I'd pay the $10 replacement fee for that alone! I couldn't ask for more! If only the rest of life were this effortless! read more

Rip off and unethical trader and nasty attitude. I had 2 cell phones develop ghosting (flickering screen) right after getting screen shields placed by them. They use some liquid cleaning solution/spray that likely could be messing up the phones. I ended up paying a good amount of money on 2 phones to replace them. They charge a big amount at start with the sale pitch of cheaper replacement price each subsequent time but when I requested to not have any liquid solution used on my phone at time of replacing the screen to prevent potential damage the guy not only refused to do so but also wanted me to pay a higher fee again to do it differently. Unscrupulous trade practices and rude- will complain to the mall as well. read more

Beware of this Zagg kiosk in the Natick Mall. They are a rip off and they will not honor their agreements. They trick you by not letting you know all the details upfront. I had a zagg tempered glass installed and went there to get it replaced for $10 as per their warranty. I had removed the broken zagg glass at home and did not bring it with me for the replacement. I had replaced my product at that very store and had also registered my product on their website. The refused to replace per their warranty and said that i had to bring the original broken one with me. I told them that when i installed the product at their kiosk, the did not tell me that i had to bring the broken glass in, otherwise they will not replace it. Their response was, "we assume you knew and it is not out problem" This the the service they provide. They admitted to me that they did not tell me about bringing in the original glass, even though it was broken and basically blamed me for not asking about it when i purchased the product. Horrible service, horrible manager and extremely rude workers I went to the Cellairis store right next to them and got excellent service, very polite and explained everything upfront. ZAGG was recommended to me by a sales associate at the Apple Store to purchase a screen protector for my new iPhone 6S. The glass screen protector absorbed the impact when I accidently dropped my phone but it cracked and needed to be replaced. I went back to the ZAGG kiosk and purchased a new screen protector at the replacement price I was originally quoted. It was installed quickly and I went on my way. Shortly thereafter, the glass started to pull away. I returned to the ZAGG Natick kiosk just after the 7 day return period and complained about the quality of the replacement installation. I was told by an associate I would need to purchase another protector or live with the one I had. The owner, Bibi, heard my complaint and personally installed a new replacement glass screen. I walked away very happy and applaud Bibi for standing behind his product and making a customer happy. #greatcustomer service read more
