Let me first say that I wouldn't even give them one star but it wouldn't let me post my review unless I gave them at least one star. Wish I had never gone! Went to the kiosk in the mall because they offered same day repair of a cracked iPhone screen when everyone else was telling me 1-2 days. Regret not having the patience to wait. Was super happy at first that it only took them 20 minutes and the cost was only $115 plus he gave me a deal on a case. Right away I noticed my phone messing up. The screen would glitch and then the phone would randomly open apps on its own and the only way around it was to turn my screen off for 5 minutes. Went back the next day and he took my phone and replaced the screen without a question. It stopped glitching but now it's even more screwed up! Someone told me they must have laid the screen in improperly and not correctly in line with the sensors that operate the touch screen. It takes me forever to type anything because the keyboard is out of line-if I'm trying to type a "j" for example, every time I hit j it will put an h on the screen, if I want a j I have to hit on or near the k button. And recently it's started glitching again. At this point I don't have the money to go elsewhere and there is no way I'm going back there! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE REPAIRS THERE FOR ANY REASON! THAT IS UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WASTE MONEY, TIME, AND YOUR SANITY!!! I give them 0 stars... if I could give negative stars I would. Oh and surprise surprise the case that he told me I should get because mine didn't offer any protection and was the reason my screen shattered so badly, the one he gave me the deal on ($30 instead of $40) fell apart less than a week later. It split at the seam and the glue holding the part that wraps around my phone and attached to the actual case part basically did the same job as my spit would have. What upsets me the most is that I told the guy that I was a single mom and that I had saved for weeks to fix the screen and gone without quite a few things in order to get it fixed, he's also the one who told me I should "treat" myself to a new case and even tried to sell me one that cost $60 first. I am usually not one to write reviews let alone scathing ones but if it keeps just one person from going through what I did than it's worth it. After 6 months of hell and aggravation I finally have the money to get the screen repaired at the business I've been to before, the one I should have gone to in the first place. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!! They are total con artists. They will say anything to sell you a crappy product, which is completely overpriced. Let's start here - I needed a phone case, and found one that visually I liked a lot. It's easily 2-3 times more expensive than Amazon (same thing), but the woman at the kiosk talked about how incredible these cases are... so much so, that if you also buy a screen protector, a "Bundle", then they will guarantee it for 60 days - if either the screen, case, or both breaks, they promised to replace it free of charge. I bought both and also had the receipt and warranty to prove that what the woman said is true. BOTH BROKE. So, I went back to get them replaced... long story short, the man said that the woman no longer works for them, and that "we are just a franchise, and we do not adhere to anything that Cellairis as a company promises." He continue to repeat that just because "Cellairis" has a warranty and promises a refund for broken product, they are a franchise so they don't. UNBELIEVABLE. The went so far as to tell me to call the police!! I finally spoke with the "owner" of the kiosks/store in the area, and, he also said that they do not even offer the "Bundle." I showed him my receipt, and the warranty linked to the receipt, and he said that he was unsure of that policy... but that he wouldn't honor it. I came to this location from North Attleboro (about 40 miles away) based on the reviews here. There's a Cellairis kiosk at Emerald Square 10 minutes away from me, but I trusted this store. I had a broken screen and LCD. When I arrived, the first thing they said was "We don't get many of these phones, so we don't have the screen in stock. One is being delivered today by 4. So give us a call after 4 to check up on it". Needless to say I was a bit disappointed. I mean, I have an iPhone 6 Plus. It's an iPhone! They said they repair 1-2 of this model per week. That makes me think they shouldn't order them one at a time. My other big concern was that I had to pick my wife up at the airport at 8 in Providence (hour+ away) and needed a way to contact her. They did offer me to pop my sim card into an iPhone 5 that they had. I declined the offer and just used my tablet for the day. So 4:15 rolls around and I call them. I can hear the manager (Erin) in the background saying pretty loudly "I told him to call back at 4:30. I told him to call between 4 and 5". Then she abruptly grabs the phone and says the same thing. I felt a bit insulted with her coming at me like that. She told me to call back 15 minutes later after they checked the mailbox. I call back and she's a new person. Nice and friendly, just like when I met her at the store for the first time. Told me she's working on my phone now and I can head over. I arrive about an hour later, phone was just done being repaired. My grand total for repair and a case + tempered glass was $308. Pretty damn expensive if you ask me, but I knew it wouldn't be much less at the Apple Store. I pay and then leave. While I'm on the road, I get a phone call and answer it. My earpiece speaker is inaudible! The person on the other end sounds extremely far away. I can barely make out anything they said. Speakerphone works fine, though. I call Cellairis back up and say what happened. Erin says that when they put the phone back together, if the earpiece speaker accidentally moves it can "muffle sound". I wouldn't describe my issue as being muffled. It's more muted. This aggravated me, though, because they have a preliminary checklist prior to working on your phone to make sure they know what does and doesn't work beforehand. Why didn't they check my speaker before they gave it back to me? I'm hoping they compensate me in some way. I mean, I'm coming so far out of my way to do my business with them, and here I am having to come back again for something that should have been double checked before it was ever in my hands again! I will be updating my review after I go back again today. EDIT: Just had my second visit at the store. Second visit, Cameron (manager) was working. Erin had left a note for him that I'd be coming. I get up to the counter and tell him why I'm here. He acknowledges but then says "oh I'm way too busy until after 12 you'll have to wait.". I then said that I came an hour out of my way to this store because of how positive the feedback was and that I didn't have the time to wait that long (I arrived right after they opened at 10). He ended up starting working on the phone reluctantly. First thing I noticed was, HE TOOK THE WHOLE PHONE APART WHILE IT WAS STILL ON!! This is a no no with any technology. You ALWAYS SHUT IT DOWN before working on it. He tried moving the ear speaker around, and tested the phone for a phone call WHILE IT WAS STILL DISASSEMBLED. Other people complained about this too - he had my phone up to one ear, and the other up to another. Luckily, he noticed that it wasn't improving. He replaced the ear speaker with a new one and tested the same way again and there was no improvement whatsoever. He then told me there was nothing else they could do and that if I went through Apple or Verizon, "don't tell them about the repairs". This makes me believe they aren't using OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts. I'm beyond livid. I just spent $300 here!! Let alone the fact that the issue only happened AFTER THEY WORKED ON IT!!! If I had known they didn't use OEM parts, I would have done an insurance claim or sent it in at the Apple Store and paid around the same price. Verizon is sending me a replacement phone in the meantime, but I'm paranoid once they get my malfunctioning one back, they will recognize the generic parts and charge me a fortune. So here's my final verdict: DO NOT USE THESE SHOPS!!! If they break or damage anything internally YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE and you will have to deal with the headache I have now. Hi I got my phone fixed here a month ago and 2 days after fixing the LCD and battery my phone stopped working. I had my husband open the phone and 1. The battery that was replaced was not plugged in 2. The plate protecting the screen was missing 3. The LCD was not put in correctly 4 the new battery was dented all over. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE. Your phone is not safe here. I got my iPhone six fixed here as well and they forgot to put the screws in so the screen keeps falling out and they replaced he battery with a BROKEN ONE as well ( I did not go in for a battery repair ) so they stole it. This morning I got to the beach, was unloading stuff from my car, and all of a sudden I saw my phone fall to the concrete in slow motion....glass side down. It was bad. I had never cracked a screen on any phone before. I panicked. I had my friend look up phone repair places and he got me the number for Cellairis in the Natick Mall. I called them and asked the two big questions, (1) How much will it cost to fix it, and (2) how long will it take. I've never had to get a phone repaired before. I was worried it couldn't be saved, but knew that was silly, so it was more about - will this cost a ton of money and will I have to be without a phone for DAYS?? The man I spoke to on the phone was great! He priced it out at $99 if just the glass had to be replaced, and up to $250 if the LCD was damaged as well. Also told me that they'd be able to fix it within 1.5 hours or so. He checked to make sure they had the glass for my phone (they did!) and told me he'd see me then. When I got there, the store was pretty busy, but the people working there were really friendly and cool. They all seemed very knowledgeable. I was the panicked owner of a damaged cell phone, but they were just so chill about it that it really calmed me down. I was told to come check back in 1.5 hours, but that it could take longer because the type of phone. I told them to take their time. I wanted it done well and I wasn't going to rush it if it meant getting my own phone back in one piece and not having to shell out $$$ for a new phone. It did take a while, but when I stopped back in 1.5 hours later, Sam was working on it and obviously being really meticulous. She told me it would take longer, so I went and did more shopping (bought myself a comic book to cheer me up). When I got back another hour later, it was ready. We went through a checklist again (does it power up? does the camera work? will it call?) to make sure everything was coming back to me the same way it got there (but without a busted screen). Everything checked out. I asked the employees about phone cases, specifically otter boxes, so that I could try to keep something like this from happening again, and Sam went into the back and found a bunch of cases for me to choose from. I got a discount on the case. When I went to pay, it turned out that the price was actually less than I had been told on the phone ($89.99) AND she gave me a $10 off coupon to use then and there! I am ridiculously happy with how things went and so grateful that I found this place. I have my phone back, I have a really good new case for it, and I didn't have to pay the outrageous amounts that were running around my head the second I picked up my phone off the ground and saw the damage. *they give you some paperwork to fill out and sign/initial before you hand over the phone. I read everything (lawyer habits). I really liked that the fine print specifically states that if they can't fix it, you still have to pay $29.99 for the tech having tried. Apple tried to rip me off for $399; Cellairis made the minor repair in TWO minutes and never charged me a penny. The earphone plug broke off in my iPad jack. I brought it to Apple and was told by three people, two were managers, that it could not be repaired in their store, and they would not promise me that it would be repaired if they shipped it out. It was IMPOSSIBLE to get a straight answer. Only answer that was definite: Buy a new iPad!!!! That they had no problem telling me. (Three employees said the same thing.) Each one gave a conflicting reason why the earphone plug could not simply be removed. ("Too close to the battery. It could blow up and endanger my workers" was what one manager came up with on the fly, blowing smoke out his derrière.) I walked out of the Natick Apple Store turned the corner and walked into the Cellairus store. In two minutes, the repair man pulled the broken off earphone plug out and refused to let me pay him. I was both happy with the excellent service Cellairus provided and furious that Apple tried to play me for a fool and sell me a new iPad (while they fixed mine just as easily and resold it as a refurbished unit online in order to profiteer twice.) I returned in just minutes to the Apple Store and showed them the earphone plug and the repair. This time three workers I cornered just stood there dumbfounded. I came to Cellaris after a disappointing meeting with the Geniuses at Apple Store who just gave me an option of just repair replace the iPhone for $ 149.00. Cellaris had a look at it, and boom... they fixed it after opening it up and identifying the problem as a dead battery. ...... now after a day's use, I was feeling my home button to be a bit lethargic and sluggish. I sent an email and got a call from their district manager [Matthew Abrantes] and he asked me to bring it over to the store and they simply fix/replaced it with no questions asked.... and I would like to thank Melanie at the Natick Store for her patience shown in fixing the issue. The Cellairis store at Natick Mall can not properly repair our Apple iPhone X screen and will not honor their own warranty. We took our phone to the Cellairis store at the beginning of August to replace the cracked iPhone x screen. The replaced screen fell off exactly 17 days later. The following day, we took the phone for repair again and later that night, the screen fell off again (in less than 6 hours!). The next day, we asked for full refund per their warranty terms which states that they will fully refund the repair amount if the phone is not repaired by the 2nd time and within 90 days of purchase. The store flat out refused to refund our money and instead give us the following ridiculous options: 1) The store will refund our full amount if we leave the screen with the store and walk out of the store without any screen on our phone. 2) They will refund our money if they replace the screen with another broken screen (not our phone's original screen but some random screen that may or may not fit the phone. The technician already indicated that they did not have any broken iPhone x screen for replacement). Apparently, the store wants to reuse the screen that popped out on our phone. 3) They will refund our money but they demanded $50 deposit if we walk out of the store with the screen and we will supposedly get our money back when we return the Cellairis screen after we fix our phone at Apple. 4) They will not refund our money and challenged us to speak with mall security. Cellairis at Natick does not have the ability to repair our iPhone x screen and will not fulfill their own warranty. read more

The worst experience, hands down, ever. My phone is unusable, and the manufacturer won't touch it because Cellairis is an unauthorized Samsung repair partner. DO NOT get your phone repaired here. I had a Samsung Galaxy S8 that had a cracked screen. The parts to fix were expensive so I had to drop off my phone and leave it there until parts were ordered. They had my phone for AT LEAST two months. I called every week to see if it was fixed. I had reactivated an older phone in the meantime. Finally, when I picked up the phone, I took it to Sprint to reactivate it. I soon realized that Cellairis had damaged the internal antenna, which means it couldn't connect to a cell tower. That means, can't use data, get calls, send texts, etc. I went back to have them look at it, and again it was three weeks- 1 month of them working on it. They claimed they had replaced the antenna but I don't believe it was replaced. The antenna was still broken and the phone unusable after finally getting back my phone. I sent it to Samsung directly and, as I mentioned, they wouldn't touch it. Besides this, the customer service was extremely lousy. The turnaround time was much much too long. No professionalism and extreme aggravation. Save your money and look elsewhere. read more

I brought it in and they claimed the screen protector wasn't covered, even though the salesman that sold it to me did all the steps to ad the app and register the product. This is a cell phone repair/accessories shop at the Natick Mall, I was very lucky to find it from web search: My iPhone dropped on the concret driveway and the front screen glass was broken. Searched web site thus brought over to the Cellairis. Keyla at the service desk told me she could replace with an authentic Apple LCD glass panel for about 30-45 minutes. While she was working on it, I did some shopping at the Natick connection. After the fix, I requested adjustments on wifi and cell antena because the receptions were not clear. I went back and was concerned about it, Keyla suggested replace the SIM card. Walking down couple stores to the ATT shop, I obtained a new SIM card. I use to always get my phone fixed here but honestly I will never go there to have my screen fixed. I went there on May 17 and had my phone screen replaced I had to come back 2 weeks later for them to change the screen because out of no where it wouldn't work, they changed it for me but didn't give me a new receipt because the guy said he will Remember me if anything happens again I should come back. Then 2 weeks later the same exact thing happened and he replaced the screen (a few days before my bday June 18) now today is june 28th and the same thing happened again. I honestly think the quality screen they sold me was total shit despite it being $100 because all I do is go back and have them change the screen for another shitty fucking screen. It's a waste of time and gas I regret not going to the apple store because it would have cost me $150 to charge the screen and I would be guaranteed it would work well. Last May 4, 2015, I took my iPhone 5 to the Natick Cellairis at 8:30p (closing at 9:00pm) to have the screen repaired after dropping the phone. The two gentlemen working were very polite, positive and stayed past closing to repair it. Three months later, the screen began to have problems with the 'touch screen' working (even 'sliding it open' was a problem) and it appeared that part of the screen was pulling away from the phone case. Today, August 9, 2015, I brought the phone back unsure if it could be repaired under the warranty and concerned that it would cost more to be fixed. An employee Antonio handled my situation with a genuine concern to help, very polite, very calm and yet proactive (while trying to assist other customers). His manager, a very competent, serious and muti-tasking young woman (didn't catch her name) generously approved the claim under warranty, and Antonio arranged to have it fixed in just over an hour (an honest time assessment, even though most of us customers want it fixed ASAP). Very good service and would return again (though praying not for this phone)! read more

The individuals who run this operation and specifically the individual manning the counter at the Walmart Cellairis in Coventry, RI doing the repairs is cantankerous and shady to say the least. He'll communicate that he won't charge you unless he fixes your phone, yet when you return to find out that he was unable to fix your phone, he'll get outright angry and refuse to give back your phone unless you pay up for labor charges that amount to the cost of a dental cleaning. You'll find that if you try to inquire on your phone repair status, the repair guy manning the counter will either ignore you, get right back to texting on his phone, or mysteriously disappear to a back room and return every 30 seconds. He even tried to fight with Walmart management to whom we complained because he would not give our phone back unless we "paid up." Luckily Walmart provided us with good customer support and told the individual he needed to reassemble the phone and return it to its rightful owners. read more

I honestly feel like I was robbed by this company. Went to Cellairis to have the charging port fixed on my Iphone 5. Unfortunately the repair did not work and I took the advice of the Cellairis employee to replace the battery at a total cost of $95. The battery repair did not work either and the "work" that Cellairis did on my phone voided the warranty. I called Cellairis to see if I could get my money back for the ineffective repairs and the customer service rep told me to "take the phone to the Apple store but don't tell them we worked on it" and that I was "not eligible for a refund" even though the "repairs" were completely ineffective. I was also told that Cellairis has a "deal" with Apple and that all of their parts are OEM certified. I tried to verify this with Apple and they denied any involvement with Cellairis. I ended up having to pay Apple $285 for a new phone. If anyone from Cellairis is reading this review, get in touch with me and give me back the $95 you owe me. My experience with your company has been awful and I believe I am entitled to a refund. Judging by the rest of the reviews on this website, my experience seems consistent with the rest of your customers. Your company is terrible. Stop ripping people off. read more

I was just at the store with my Italian crystals broken iPhone 6 case. When I was buying the case I was told that is life time guarantee if anything goes broken. I stepped in the store asking to help me to locate/pull up my receipts. The guy found it but could print it from the iPad that the have at the register there. He asked a store manager to help him with printing my receipts but the store manager refused. He told me that he cannot find any info on his computer and when I told him that his colleague was just able to find everything in the system he answered: blah, blah, blah and told me to take off. I bought a cell phone case here, and 3 days later the paint started coming off. I went to the store asking for help to try and exchange it, and the manager basically told me to go pound sand. I understand that retail space is very expensive in Natick Mall, but customer service is very important. I will never recommend this store to anyone, nor will I go back. Done business with this store a few times in the past for phone cases and cracked screen. The last visit was to check on the iPhone battery cutting out. The staff ran a diagnostic and informed us that there is no issue with the battery. However, if we wanted to replace the battery we can go ahead. I thought it's worth a try and paid for a replacement battery. This was a couple of months ago and we still have the same issue with the phone. As a last attempt before changing the phone we went to Apple and they ran the diagnostic and showed us that the battery is worn / defective. DONT DO IT HERE You could just ask them, can I pay you 150 to break my phone? My phone had a slight crack in the front screen. Everything else worked perfectly when I handed it to Cellairis. In fact, when I showed it to the repair tech, she couldn't even see the crack. But I didn't want it to get worse. They broke the front screen the back screen, and several parts inside. After keeping my phone for several days, and it was completed, I was assured they tested it. She was either lying or incompetent. The battery was dead so I was unable to check it until I charged it up. After charging I found the speaker doesn't work. I can't talk on speaker phone AND the headphone jack doesn't work. The headphone jack doesn't align up right, you cant even get the plug to plug in. I could probably fight for them to fix it but now I think PLEASE DONT TOUCH MY PHONE. My husband brought his iPhone 5s for a battery replacement. Afterward, the phone kept rebooting. He brought it back and they tried replacing the battery again but no improvement. It's now a brick. Whatever you do, do not come to here to get your iPhone fixed. I'd recommend going to Apple to get your phone fixed because - They're a trust worthy company to do the repair, unlike Cellairis - Apple is also a lot cheaper aswell, nearly $50 cheaper - If you go to a third party store like Cellairis too, your warranty is destroyed (if they open up the phone and Apple finds out) and Apple may not fix your phone in the future. So my first complaint about this Cellairis was the amount of time it took to fix my cracked screen (which they never ended up fixing, so I went to Apple and they did a great job). The phone took about 1 hour and 30 minutes compared to the 50 minutes it took Apple. My second complaint is how sidetracked the employees got fixing the phone, they took f'ing forever. The kid servicing my phone (Antonio) also seemed kinda clueless, wouldn't recommend him. And so after nearly 1 hour and 1/2 of waiting, they call me in to tell me the screens they have in stock are all defective. Thus meaning I would have to come in next week when the new shipment arrived, well that's pretty lame. Cellairis then tried charging me a $20 labor fee, like wtf you didn't do your job and you're trying to charge me an extra $20 on top of the original $180 I was supposed to pay?? Thankfully the guy working the front desk said I didn't have to pay the bs fee. I got up and left and booked an appointment at the Apple service bar, in 45 mins they fixed the cracked screen and my phone looked brand new. I should've just gone to Apple in the first place. read more

Great job Cellaires. Erin- Cam- Mike. Went in hoping for a quick fix- an hour. Place was running behind so it took two. They were honest with me about it and did the best they could. If you're busy you're busy right?! I get it. Screen is great- tempered glass is a major plus. $30 to start and each fix is $10. Screen cost $100. There is a warranty on the screen with stipulations. Mike fixed my phone and was very knowledgeable. I was shocked to learn it was his first day and he was fresh out of HS. Go Mike. Great first day. Enjoy Greece! **ADDENDUM- turns out I had go back a second day b/c the speaker wasn't working well- they took out my speaker and replaced the speaker. I made sure to walk out of the store this time and make the technician talk to me. I wish I had done that from the start but didn't think about it b/c they say hello hello to themselves right inside the store. They have a phone on both ears and I don't think that process of checking for things to be in order is the best way. The reason I changed their review to 4 stars is b/c I had to go back and I think they should have tested the ear piece in more detail. I will go back BUT knowing I need to review the phone in more detail. Not quick checks like the associates do. I understand they are busy but just wish they had taken more time to check the specs on the phone instead of just a quick check then viola! This review is for the retail store NOT the kiosk. The kiosk in the mall is franchised out, all they care about is getting your money!! Took my non working galaxy 5s to kiosk first where the guy took one look, didnt take it apart and said its your LCD and its $270 to repair and offered no other hell. What?! I went to the retail space initially to complain that he didnt even try to explore other options, and it was then that they told me kiosks where franchised... long story short, my phone had suffered significant water damage at some point and melanie the lead tech fixed it right up... for 29.99!!!! What a life and money saver she was. AWESOME customer service from her and rest of retail store staff. Get your phone fixed here not at the kiosk, they will rip you off!!!
