The salesman/repair main says 20 minutes. 30 minutes later there isn't anyone at the kiosk so I call the number on the card. He answers and states "I'll be back in about 10 minutes I needed a break". ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME. He left his iPad sitting here and the key in the cash drawer. Something very dirty/backwards about this operation. I suggest you read all reviews all over the web on this place. Repaired glass 3 times. All fake Samsung 9+ glass covers. Take your broken pieces from this gentlemen who I believes recycles them and uses them again. I had to go back 6 times and call a lawyer. Sometimes he is not there all day but when you Google the place it says open. On receipt is a phoney phone number. For 5 days it said mailbox full. The glass repair is plastic and the touch sensortivity and pixels are all screwed up. He is not an honest person and my lawyers are working with my credit card right now. You need glass or parts go to where you purchased the phone. This company is crookIt all over the web. 350.00 for fake S9+ Glass, Protective glasds cover that fell off before I reached my car. Case for phone that is plastic that looks leather. He then said, this phone glass I just put on, you can't put a protective cover on glass. Well thats because its fake.. This is very bad. When your done go after them for gas, milage, mental abuse and using fake cheap parts if you get stuck. and get a lawyer. Most important dont believe a word this guy says. Apple refused to work on my iPhone 5s for its broken camera. The young man at the kiosk took about 15 seconds to open my phone up before realizing I meant to have him fix the forward facing camera. (I had said front, which I realize could be interpreted as the selfie camera). He explained he didn't have that camera on him so he would need to order it and that it would be more labor ($50). If I lived nearby I definitely would take him up on the offer immediately. Since I don't, my plan is to call him back if I know I'll be back in the area. read more

The parts they use are knockoff and do not work. I had trouble with the screen immediately after getting it back, then it cracked 2 weeks later just being in my pocket. The parts they use to fix your phone are complete garbage, and it will not work right ever again. read more

Very fast and convenient service , iPhone had cracked screen , was fixed in about 35-40 minutes but when I got home the screen colors were dull and didn't look right and also when I made a call couldn't hear anyone . So, I had to go back . There was a loose connection , he fixed in about 20 minutes so all is good . The dull color is from a cheap replacement screen (I had no idea there were cheap and expensive ones) so I learned my lesson .... Don't DROP your phone because you're gonna get f@$&ed either way !!! read more

Don't go here for anything. I feel like I got scammed. I was visiting the area for the holidays and dropped off my phone with a cracked screen. When I picked it up the screen was defective. It had blown out spots on it. The guy told me it would go away after a couple hours. It didn't. I brought it back the next morning and the guy put on another screen but when I picked it up it had the exact same issue. So then he comes clean that all his screens have this problem. He also couldn't put my old screen back on because he already through it away. When I said I wanted my money back he threatened to the screen off and give me my phone back in pieces!!! read more

They changed a battery in an iPhone for me, and a little more than two months later, the battery completely stopped charging. Even before it completely stopped charging, it stopped charging reliably every time. I couldn't go back to the mall to have them look at the phone again, because I don't actually live in Massachusetts and was just there visiting.
