Went to Switzerland on vacation, replaced my SIM card so I could make local calls.. On return to USA, phone not taking messages, etc. Called ProRepair LLC in Medford Square and they said they could swap out the overseas SIM card with the original one for free! Yeah! They do device repair, tablet, MAC, PC etc.. Great new outfit, please use them. read more

I brought my iphone in to get the screen fixed and upon pickup, I was told to keep the phone in dark mode to save battery life. The phone was 6 months old, the battery (before they replaced the screen) was perfectly fine. Now its damaged and the battery drains quickly. DO NOT go here, they either replaced the screen with a low quality screen and/or damaged the battery. Now I'll have to get a new phone. Waste of $160 read more

Low quality and service. DO NOT go there anymore for their low repair quality and service; DO NOT waste money and time.

WOW! I join the chorus of other reviews praising this shop to the skies! Aliya got my completely dead device at 10 am, stayed in touch with me throughout the day as the repair progressed, and had completely recovered what another place had decreed was "unfixable" by 6 pm that same evening. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and funny throughout the process. I will recommend this shop to everyone! The BEST customer service I have encountered in a long, long time! read more

What an amazing experience I had here. Wonderful service, great prices and fast turnaround. It will forever be my go to repair place.

They are fantastic! I had 2 iPhone 12 minis whose batteries were getting worn out. We scheduled an appointment and he did both battery replacements in less than 15min each at a great price. He let me watch him do it. He's a pro. He was able to reseal the waterproofing. He showed me the (after market) battery in the box so I could see the brand, specs, etc. He told me it was newer and higher capacity than the Apple original from 2020 when the iPhone 12 came out. He was not joking. I'm amazed at how long my phone lasts now. So "repair better than new" experience. read more

My cell galaxy S20+ was damaged but working fine - until it didn't. Overnight it locked. I had painters, cleaners, contractors and staging all taking place to get a property ready for the market on the weekend - so very time critical with alot of balls in the air. And I had no one's phone number, and could not communicate. I couldn't even go to my office and call because I had not one number for anybody. In addition, my sister was flying into Logan the next day. IOW, the worst possible timing. I had a friend call around to see where I could get a 24 ultra. I went to Verizon in Malden - STAY AWAY from this store. I spent from 2:30-5:30 and they were unable to get my new phone activated. Simple, you'd think right? They promised me it would be pushed through by 7 AM. It was not. Heading into 48 hrs without a phone. the Malden verizon store is NOT a full fledged Verizon store and the guy who waited on me was worse than useless. They did manage to sell me $150 worth of accessories, worth probably $50. The next morning, livid, still without a phone, I went to Saugus Verizon. If you need ANYTHING, go to Saugus. These folks actually care AND know WTH they're doing. After a couple calls, they did get my new cell activated (and sold me about $300 worth of accessories which I sucked up because I was in crisis and after all they didn't sell me the phone! Because my cell was locked, none of my stuff could be transferred. And here is where Saugus also didn't help. 1st crisis averted with activating phone. 2nd crisis? Losing 20 years worth of contacts. All apps, all passwords, all photos, all texts. EVERYTHING. I couldn't accept this degree of information loss. I went on yelp and started looking for help-if it even existed or was possible. I messaged Pro Repair about my locked phone and loss of all content. They said to bring it in and they could help. I was skeptical, but praying. I went first thing in the morning and met Alex at 10:30. Alex assessed the situation, and seemed really confident he could transfer from the locked phone to the new phone. Being ever hopeful, despite the disasterous experiences of the last 48 hours, I left the phone with Alex. He quoted me a low price, and said he'd need a couple of hours. Later, Alex called my sisters phone and said my phone was ready to pick up. I arrived, and checked out my new cell. All my apps were back. All my contacts (invaluable and precious). EVERYTHING!!! Alex is amazing, truly! So unassuming when he literally saved me. I said 'you must make a lot of people happy!' Alex said he had another customer, and he was able to transfer the content from an iphone that had gotten wet. Alex was the bright spot in a two day frustrating ordeal. He made it seem simple, like it was no big deal. Verizon offered zero help. Why can't they provide this service to customers, not like its not vital. But even if they did, it would probably be a shitshow. I cannot recommend Alex's services enough. He is a lifesaver, if not a miracle worker! Go see Alex if you have any recovery problems, or probably any cell phone problem whatsover! I only wish I could give him 10 stars! read more

I had an ancient samsung that they looked at, could not fix but gave excellent advice that got me going. And did not charge!

Best price and they use original Apple backing for iPhones unlike most other places I've tried

Friendly, fast, and professional service. Timely responses to inquiries about a quote and inventory when I needed a phone screen repaired. The repair was completed professionally and at the time promised. I had the bad luck to immediately have a slip with the phone right after the repair was completed. He immediately offered to repair the screen again for only the cost of shipping once the replacement screen is back in inventory. I appreciated the excellent customer service and would happily recommend this business to anyone! Update: Very happy with the clear communication, and again fast and professional service that was provided when I needed to take the phone back in. read more

I showed up at 7:15, well before the posted closing time of 8. Guy said he had to run an errand but would have phone screen repaired by 8:15. Fine. I waited around, but he didn't return until 8:45 and hadn't even fixed my phone. Super sketchy. Star far, far away. read more

He replaced a cracked screen and got the phone working again. Great job. Thanks!

Had the charging port replaced on my OnePlus phone. Walked in without an appointment. Repair person was friendly and knowledgeable. He had a couple of small jobs to complete ahead of me but the repair was still completed within an hour. Phone now works great. Price of repair seemed fair and reasonable. Very happy to have found a trustworthy and competent electronic repair shop so close to home. Highly recommend! read more
