I requested a battery replacement for a Samsung A51 4G. Mike was very professional contacting me the same day I requested a replacement. He explained that he would order the battery and have it the next day. The next day Mike called explaining the battery had arrived and set a time when he would arrive at my residence. Right on time Mike worked on the replacement in his van and 20 minutes later I had a new battery. Mike is very professional and polite. Probably the best and most straightforward experience I've ever had with repairing any phone screen! I hit Dave up, along with other phone repair stores, in the middle of the night (3AM), and he responded the quickest out of all of them. He came to my work place the following morning and fixed my phone in less than 20 minutes (broken screen, lcd replacement). He also was able to find out that my previous iphone repair job (Mega Mobile [AVOID THEM]) had done a faulty repair, using iphone 7 parts instead of iphone 8plus. They'd also used an aftermarket screen instead of the original one, which they told me they used. All in all, Dave was great and provided excellent service. Highly recommend. read more

This guy moves like lightning. He saved me twice within 5 months! This morning my phone failed to turn on - battery completely dead even while plugged in. I'll admit I am heavily dependent on my phone for Spotify and mobile ordering coffee at busy locations (the location I go to is otherwise about a 15-25 min wait just for coffee!!). Aaaand of course work calls/conferences while on site visits. I sent a Yelp message and within 20 min got a reply. I threw out a couple options for him to meet me either in Boston or Somerville depending on times and despite his schedule was able to meet me! He replaced my battery in 10 min or less and in that time people were already asking him to fix their phones on the spot while he still had other appointments to get to. Wow busy busy but when you're good, you're good! Last time he fixed my screen very quickly and all service is done out of his truck with the doors open so that anyone can chat with him while he works. A+ for service, insanely awesome speediness, and best prices! My message accidentally got out to other repair services that quoted me $69-115 even though I said in the message that Apple charges $79 for this service (and doesn't come to you). David charged the best price - $60. Prices do vary based on where you're located and his travel time.
