Very professional, fast and convenient. I contacted i-Go Repairs off of yelp for a quote to get my screen fixed on my phone and I got a response within minutes and same day service. His prices were fair for an actual Apple screen, not one that's aftermarket. David gave me an ETA and showed up at the time we discussed. When he finally arrived it only took him 10 minutes to replace my screen and put on my tempered glass screen protector, as well as cleaning my phone! Prior to my screen ever even cracking I was not able to hear out of the ear speaker on my phone, I would have to make all of my calls on speaker phone or I couldn't hear the person I was talking to. After he fixed my screen I called someone to test my phone and the ear speaker on my phone was SO loud! Not to mention, my camera also is a LOT clearer! I'm a return customer of i-Go repairs. In early 2019, David replaced my iPhone 6s charging port, and it started getting wonky on me again these last couple of months - I assumed it was failing because I was charging my aging original battery more often. David priced out a combined battery/port replacement and ended up only charging me for the new battery, because he ascertained after opening the phone that the port was not faulty, just needed a thorough cleaning. I just had my screen replaced with i-Go Repair. David did a good job replacing the screen, and it was really convenient for me to have him drive by. However, the main complaint I have is with regard the screen display quality... I'm not sure if this is normal on screen replacements, or it is due to lower quality screen part? I'm experiencing some issue listed below: 1. I can see shades of objects and letters when opening app or scrolling the screen horizontally or vertically 2. Color Aberrations, as I'm into photography, a lot of my pictures are showing on different tone, even the white background has a slight blueish/greyish tone. The difference is even clearer when comparing with my wife's iphone side by side. 3. Latency, the screen is just not as sensitve as before. (This is the only problem I was expecting before having my screen repaired, so I'm okay with it...) As I never had my screen replaced before, I don't know if this is normal or not, but just rating based on my personal opinion and expectation.
