Brian called me, told me timeline and pricing and got the go ahead from me. Was able to pick up the next day with additional tips to make it run better. Before I had tried many, the machine was much faster, quieter, and no "not responding" messages or shutting down. My brother confirmed how much take down and putting back was required to make the repair. So happy I did. I purchased an Epson ET-4850 printer at Best Buy (I live 140 miles away from CTS, so going there…read morewas not an option) and it failed 3 months later. Best Buy "Geek Squad" told me I needed to have them come on site to see if it can be repaired, before I could get a return order to Epson. No exchange with BB, no warranties, even though I spent $140 at check out for what I thought was exactly that. I had to wait 2 weeks for the BB rep to come (I live in the mountains). In the meanwhile, I searched high and low for an Epson phone number - most of them don't work - to ask how the warranty worked. I got so lucky when by chance, I called CTS Services!! The lady there told me I had an extended replacement warranty direct from Epson, and what number to call. I cancelled Geek Squad, and am now calling Epson. Shop Locally whenever possible, my friends. CTS seems like a straight-up business.

Instead she was talking over me and not addressing my actual question to the point where I had to just say FU and hang up the phone which I have never done in my life.
