My laptop was having keyboard issues (including a broken spacebar) after 6 years of my mistreatment. I selected CCA because of their perfect 5/5 ratings. Great choice. Dealing with Lisa and Jonathan was a pleasure. After examining my machine, they said I needed a whole new keyboard. In addition I got pictures of the inside, showing a lot of dust and dirt. Since they had to order a new keyboard, they returned my machine and gave my a plug-in board to use in the meantime. When the board came in, I returned the machine for repair, which was done the next day. I thought the price was reasonable for the repair and cleaning. My laptop now seems brand new. I have had a stripped screw on my chrome book for over 2 weeks now. I already bought a new battery, as I thought that it would be a piece of cake to replace. Well, in the end, the battery was a piece of cake to change, but, trying to get that last screw out was beyond excruciatingly hard!!!! I tried the "Geek Squad" at Best Buy, and they were anything but helpful. And then I found Computer Care Associates, and not only did they help me in a very prompt fashion, they also took the screw out for me as a "good will" gesture. They do very good work and always offer great service and VERY competitive pricing. They are prompt and courteous. So I opened my jewelry store 1.5 years ago and had a certain computer set up in mind. I wanted my cash wrap computer to network with my main computer. Of course, I had no idea how to do this or if it was even possible. But with this vision I contacted Lisa and Jonathon regarding this networking issue.
