After successfully replacing the battery in my iPhone 5 a few years ago, I decided I should try to…read morereplace my cracked screen and put a new battery in my iPhone 5s. BIG mistake. There's a new (and very fragile) connection to the iTouch / home button which is easy to break - which I did. I also managed to break the ribbon connection when trying to install the new battery. I went to the mall to see what my options were for a new iPhone. As luck would have it, I noticed The Fix which is near the SEARS entrance on the second floor. The gentleman was friendly and said he could repair the phone. I returned with the phone. Battery, screen, home button and a new glass protector installed in 15 minutes and for a very reasonable price. Very happy to have this service here. If your screen is cracked or phone battery is getting weak - stop by and make your life better. They do a great job here!
