I had an issue with my laptop screen and went to two different big name computer repair shops and a small local repair shop, but none of them could get my screen working or figure out what was wrong with it. Computer Hospital was able to fix the screen within 10 minutes of me walking in the door. Great service and great repairs! read more

My workhorse of a laptop, which I use for work and everything else, suddenly wouldn't start up. I called Computer Hospital in Worcester and was told to come in any time - went right in, and Noel stopped what he was doing to have a look. It turned out the charger port had worn out so the laptop hadn't charged overnight. A second port that I wasn't aware of worked! Noel wouldn't take anything for his time. He was friendly and professional, and I won't hesitate to return if the need arises. Easy to see why he has such good reviews! read more

I had my computer fixed by them and they were awesome. It wouldn't turn on and I didn't know what to do so I called them up and Noel was the nicest guy. He knew I was going in withdrawal already and seeing I didn't have a car til my daughter's day off said he would come and get it. I was just in shock at how great that was but the best thing was it only took a couple of hours to do and then they brought it back to me. I would recommend The Computer Hospital to anyone. I brought a Hp Envy 360 i7 Bang & Olufsen laptop with just a power but issue. This is a common problem these computer have .He calls me week later claiming the. Motherboard must of short circuited that he replace the power button board and it still would not turn on. This is not true cuase when the button snapped it was on sleep mode no motherboard issue if it was running. Does not take a technician to know this. I bring in a laptop a simple power button problem And now he is saying the motherboard must of short Circuited. Well if that the Case my laptop was running on sleep mode. So impossible for it to be this. Place is messy and unorganized. Apparently he is not smart. I would recommend taking business else where more clean and professional. read more

Great service, fast and accurate. And even went the extra mile in helping me set up my PC for a fair price.

Whether or not your computer can be fixed is only a small part of the experience. It's like taking a car to a mechanic...you can't be mad if there's bad news. My iPad crashed and I couldn't get it to work. Noel was able to get it up and running for a VERY reasonable price. He was nice and courteous for the entire process. Even if my iPad turned out to be toast, I was happy with the service I received. I will go to the Computer Hospital anytime I'm in need of computer help. read more

Wow....it's hard to believe that people can have so many choices and still find a way to moan about the ones they make. I have never had any issues with the repair work done at this location. OLD SCHOOL? I have been to places that won't work on older machines....this guy is a WIZ! There is nothing that you can bring him in the genre of computer machines no matter how old that he cannot fix and if it's not worth fixing he'll tell you that too. This guy is all up front ....no surprises and stands behind his work. Bought a machine from him with a windows install that works perfectly...and I don' have to pay monthly fees for the WP.....doesn't get any better. Five stars all the way for this place. read more

Good experience - makes himself available for customers and is quick with the repair.

Noel, really knows his practice and has delivered exceptional service to me each time my computer had a problem, small or large. And, the price was right and order restored quickly, as we all need our "machines" Additionally, I got a call from them on a Saturday night @ 7:00 to let me know my computer was all set with a video of my my computer working via smart phone. Great Guy and personal service. read more

I moved to Tatnuck Square last year, and now I go to Noel when when I have computer trouble and also when I need to buy a new one. I see others complaining that the office was 'messy' but that is such a ridiculous complaint. It's a workshop full of devices and parts. Anyone who wants a real IT guru to help them achieve their goals - go to Noel. read more
