We were also told if we had any issues we could return them within 14 days, when we figured out the new line situation we returned the IPads but had to pay a $50 restocking fee (in the fine print) for an unopened IPad that will be resold immediately. The whole experience felt like a bad bait and switch that we fell into. Don't do business here ....not reputable or honest.

Everything seemed reasonable and I walked out thinking how easy it was. Until I got my first bill. She put me on the wrong more expensive plan and added protection when I specifically said I didn't want it. When I called she said she would look in to it and call me back which she never did. I went back in person and Nam helped me out updated my plan to the correct one and said a contact of his would reach out. Guess what, I didn't get a call back. So, I had to go directly to Verizon to get everything all straightened out. I would not recommend this store. You're better off going direct to Verizon. You'll get better service and someone who at least responds. I didn't know these stores were independent of Verizon. Lesson learned.
