I searched for computer repair near me and found Northboro Computers and good reviews. I called and met with Brian in his store the next day. After our conversation about what I wanted and needed, he ordered my new customized HP desktop which arrived in 2 days. He set up the new computer, restored all my data from the hard drive from my old computer and I was back in business. All I had to do when I got home was to do all the simple connections and push the power button! I can't say enough about the friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. I'm so relieved to have found Northboro Computers! I had a few questions of course over the next day or so and my calls were promptly returned and concerns fixed. Brian is also very easily reached by email or phone. Brian had done all of the set up and all of my data was there including a free year of Kaspersky Anti-Virus! And by the way, the price was fantastic, certainly very reasonable! If you need a new Windows computer or need service, you can't go wrong with Northboro Computers. Thanks Teri and Brian! Kenneth A. I've followed them to three different locations because they are personable, reliable, and affordable. I have to say, Berto is my favorite owner. I'm glad he took over the company. He really cares about his clients. He also has a great team of employees; whenever I called for an update, I with treated with respect and kindness. Berto is experienced and more knowledgeable than any other tech I've met. He was able to save all of my files and reinstall Windows to get my PC working like new. TCS was as good to me as they'd been to him, and provided the best customer service anyone could hope to get anywhere. I recently had to get my laptop's keyboard replaced; they accomplished that pretty quickly. But when I got it home, I couldn't type: it would have taken more muscles in my fingers than I have to drive each key down as hard as it would need to be pressed to actually register. Being a fast typist, I was hugely frustrated. But when I called them, they immediately offered to replace the keyboard (obviously defective--it happens. I don't at all blame them) ASAP. No arguments, no quibbling, no charge. As soon as they got a replacement they called. I brought it over and they swapped the keyboards out. Now I'm happily typing on the replacement, which works perfectly. Thank you so much Technical Computer Solutions!

I am writing this review on a Windows 7 computer that I thought for sure would have to be buried…read more Two big, glitzy places told me they did not work on Windows 7 anything, and I brought the CPU to Brendan as a last resort. When you arrive at 30 Main you think "hole in the wall" but inside is magic! Brendan and his staff are so welcoming that you immediately feel at home. He took a quick look inside the CPU and then most apologetically asked if I could leave it with him. He promised to call me at 5 pm with a verdict. The call came at 4:30. Would I like to have my hard drive moved into another CPU? That way, I wouldn't lose any of my documents or programs. So I said sure. Next morning, I get a text saying the cpu was ready. Turns out that the diagnostic test was faulty, and it was an easy repair. So I received my original CPU back, and I bought a used monitor to go with it. I was expecting a humongous bill, but the price for the repair and the monitor was so reasonable, I felt that I had been given a gift. I highly recommend you check with Brendan Cheever before giving up on your technology. He's an honest man, and if he can't fix it, he'll tell you. I will make him my first stop in anything computerish from now on. He is a miracle worker.
