I had…read morea major virus issue which really compromised my computer, Typically I have enough knowledge to fix my own computer problems, but this way beyond what I was capable of handling. One call and over a period of less than 24 hours I had my computer back virus free. Computer was picked up and delivered back to my office. Great work, great service, would definitely use again.

I had no viruses as he claims he fixed. My only issue was the computer was shutting down by itself because of overheating caused by a build up of dust inside the cabinet . THAT IS ALL that was wrong with my computer... and that should have been a $ 75 to $100 service call for opening the case and blowing out the dust with a can of air, not $275 that he actually charged me by inventing the fictitious accounts of viruses and memory issues and all kinds of spyware. He kept the computer for 48 hours to do a 10 minute service, so it would appear that he actually performed hours of work that he did not do. He called me several times during this 48 hour period..each time adding more claims of problems I had and imaginary work he supposedly completed. If he actually did all the claimed...why did he not give me an invoice or receipt after several times that I asked him for that by phone and e-mail. These requests for this invoice or receipts have all been ignored by this man who goes by the name of JR Kennedy. He talks in previous messages about " us " as to claim his company "faster computer " has several top notch IT employees when in reality ..he is the only person in his company that he apparently runs out of his car. Be sure that if you do have him work on your computer after all you are now aware of...that you pay him by check made out to his business and not his name as he requested of me. A legitimate business person would have you make payment to be payable to his business and not to him so he could pay his credit card bill as he claimed when I asked him why . I could go on here with more cautions about dealing with this bozo...but that will just cause him to write more lies back to try and cover his tracks. This all needs to end sometime ..and maybe he can just get on with his life ..as I plan to ...and I will just chalk this bad experience up to " live and learn " although I will still spread the word to all of my family and friends in this greater Bellingham / Franklin area so they won't get ripped off by this bozo , as I did. Get an honest life JR .. and stop your obsession with trying to justify a scam that someone called you on !! Oh BTW ..this is not harassment as you claim... I've also spoken with the police...and this is legally within my right to report my bad experience with you and your so-called business by using any means at my disposal to get the word out in this very digital computer age we live in.

    I had a terrible experience at Staples in Bellingham. When I arrived, I needed to have thank you…read morecards printed for my clients. I met a friendly Asian woman in the print marketing service department who tried to assist me but was having difficulty with fitting my business logo onto the card. After about half an hour, I told her I needed to leave because I had a business appointment, and she understood my concerns. She called over an employee named Abby Damon to help her. Abby was very rude to her, responding with, "figure it out." At first, I thought Abby was just being typical of their culture, where employees sometimes playfully tease each other. However, when she continued to be rude whenever the woman asked for help, I realized something was seriously wrong. As the Asian woman went to the cutting machine to cut the cards, I followed to ensure they came out exactly as I wanted. I noticed that Abby was bullying her by her tone of voice, and she saw I was close enough to hear. Abby then told me to "go back off a little bit and wait," which I did. I told her that her tone was unacceptable because she was being rude to me at the customer service counter. The sad part is that, when I expressed my frustration and told her I didn't like her rude behavior towards me and the Asian woman asking for help, the Asian woman started to cry because she knew she was being bullied but was too scared to speak up. I had to comfort the Asian lady and let her know that her actions were okay, and I wasn't upset with her. I was more upset with Abby for how she treated both of us and for how she spoke to me as a client. I asked both of them to stop my transaction and politely asked Abby for her name. She told me flat out NO, and I explained that I was a Staples customer. It is my right to have the name of the employees that I interact with, and she refused to give it to me, and then I proceed and asked to speak to a supervisor and then the supervisor asked me what happened. I explained it to him and told him I was in a hurry. I need her name so I can write my complaint when I have time. He offered to sit down with me to discuss it further, and I told him I had an appointment I was about to miss. I don't have time to sit down with him, but I will write my review on social media, Yelp, Google, and Staples' website. This is why I'm here. I think it's very important because having an employee bully another employee is unacceptable to witness as a customer. I hope that my concern is being taken care of very serious and investigation is open in this matter.

    Staples are pretty consistent and reliable. This is a good location. There is plenty of space so it…read moredoesn't feel crowded. Prices are good, and if you need help you can usually find someone to help out. The only drawback to this location is the limited parking, and hideous traffic pattern coupled with traffic jams out on 126 during busy times. It can easily take 10-15 minutes to escape from this plaza's lot using the weird traffic pattern you have to take. Unless you love spening a lot of time in traffic, this is an excellent place to avoid in Christmas season.
