I had a terrible experience at Staples in Bellingham. When I arrived, I needed to have thank you cards printed for my clients. I met a friendly Asian woman in the print marketing service department who tried to assist me but was having difficulty with fitting my business logo onto the card. After about half an hour, I told her I needed to leave because I had a business appointment, and she understood my concerns. She called over an employee named Abby Damon to help her. Abby was very rude to her, responding with, "figure it out." At first, I thought Abby was just being typical of their culture, where employees sometimes playfully tease each other. However, when she continued to be rude whenever the woman asked for help, I realized something was seriously wrong. As the Asian woman went to the cutting machine to cut the cards, I followed to ensure they came out exactly as I wanted. I noticed that Abby was bullying her by her tone of voice, and she saw I was close enough to hear. Abby then told me to "go back off a little bit and wait," which I did. I told her that her tone was unacceptable because she was being rude to me at the customer service counter. The sad part is that, when I expressed my frustration and told her I didn't like her rude behavior towards me and the Asian woman asking for help, the Asian woman started to cry because she knew she was being bullied but was too scared to speak up. I had to comfort the Asian lady and let her know that her actions were okay, and I wasn't upset with her. I was more upset with Abby for how she treated both of us and for how she spoke to me as a client. I asked both of them to stop my transaction and politely asked Abby for her name. She told me flat out NO, and I explained that I was a Staples customer. It is my right to have the name of the employees that I interact with, and she refused to give it to me, and then I proceed and asked to speak to a supervisor and then the supervisor asked me what happened. I explained it to him and told him I was in a hurry. I need her name so I can write my complaint when I have time. He offered to sit down with me to discuss it further, and I told him I had an appointment I was about to miss. I don't have time to sit down with him, but I will write my review on social media, Yelp, Google, and Staples' website. This is why I'm here. I think it's very important because having an employee bully another employee is unacceptable to witness as a customer. I hope that my concern is being taken care of very serious and investigation is open in this matter. read more

Staples - Printing Services Near Me - Bellingham, Massachusetts

Staples are pretty consistent and reliable. This is a good location. There is plenty of space so it doesn't feel crowded. Prices are good, and if you need help you can usually find someone to help out. The only drawback to this location is the limited parking, and hideous traffic pattern coupled with traffic jams out on 126 during busy times. It can easily take 10-15 minutes to escape from this plaza's lot using the weird traffic pattern you have to take. Unless you love spening a lot of time in traffic, this is an excellent place to avoid in Christmas season. read more

Ever since discovering the gem of office supplies, WB Mason, I haven't shopped at Staples very much. The discounts at their warehouse in Brockton are just outstanding and beat Staples any time or day. What I'm getting at is the fact that even though I love office supplies and Staples, I don't really need it as much anymore since I found WB Mason. That said, I don't live near the warehouse, and definitely cannot go there anytime I need something specific... plus Staples has a guaranteed selection.... they only have certain things at certain times of the year. This specific location I go to for copies and prints since the photo center is overwhelmingly helpful and barely ever even marginally busy. I always check out the clearance section here as well... it to is packed with great items. Staff are friendly, store is fully stocked, and it just seems to be a tad better than the Milford Staples. 5 stars for Staples in Bellingham! Located in the Stallbrook Marketplace, next to Market Basket. Parking can be annoying sometimes, but isn't a big enough problem to play into the rating of this review. read more

Donna and Alyssa were able to make my vision come true on paper in the form of a Mass booklet for our dearly departed husband, father and grandfather. Really great store! I have been in there for the copy center, and women there were so helpful with a crazy project I needed help with. The copy center can do just about anything, and the woman, I wish I had gotten her name, was really patient with me. They now have an IT department and as I write this on my newly cleaned up laptop, I cannot help but grin with joy! I have met 2 techs, Christian and George. It is so refreshing to not be treated like an idiot, even though I freely admit I can be when it comes to computers. No muss, no fuss. Just really nice, competent guys who get the job done right and really quick. I actually got a call from them when my computer was ready, where at other IT stores, I had to call every few days. I was so confident with the work, I brought in another crashed computer, the home one which is due back today. While I am not happy with the $250 fee to recover the lost files, I am excited at the prospect that I might get those file back. I have also shopped for networking equipment and got exactly the help I needed, which was expert help that I didn't need to purchase anything! All around great store, in every department. They let me know they normally aren't supposed to help me type up stuff on Word to print, but since it was something so simple, they'd help me out. I had used Staples to print my cash receipts in bulk last time and wasn't sure how to do it again since an employee helped me do it last time. I went to Staples to see about their PC Tune Up Event. In my opinion it's a scam. A scam to try and sell me $500 worth of stuff I don't need. I took my wifes laptop in to see if I could get it to run faster because according to the card I got: "Our PC Tune Up+ includes: Speed up start and shutdown time - Cleanup of unnecessary files for faster performance - Scan for viruses." Well, what I was told was for $450 I could buy the care I needed. I was told that the anti-virus software I had was garbage. BTW I use Avira (which is one of the best on the market). And I had 12 viruses on the computer. And because of that they won't touch my computer. Funny how I just ran a scan before I took it in and didn't find ANY viruses. I also told them that if I went home and ran another virus scan and there were viruses on it now, I'd be back because THEY put them there. The guy got all offensive and rude after that. I think he was upset that he didn't find another sucker to sign up for their scam. I don't think I will be shopping at Staples anymore. I used to think highly of them and their name brand - but that's gone now. read more

I went in to buy school supplies and a new printer and color cartridges. I had a very helpful salesman who stayed with me and answered every question I had. The minute I walked in the door, I was greeted by an employee who had a pleasant attitude. Now that IS refreshing. The store is clean, well displayed, and well staffed. There is nothing that I hate more than when you can't get a soul to help you when you really need some guidance. Every employee I saw working on the floor (not at register) was either helping a customer or busy stocking and straightening. Must be good management. I was pretty freaked out yesterday about a presentation that needed to be a town hall by 2:00. Of course I didn't have all the parts that I needed. Donna Lynn, Deb & Bob all were involved and helped me pull it together. I walked out with a beautiful presentation and I can't say enough about the technical skills and emotional support that I get every time I use the Bellingham Staples Copy Center.
