From banners, sell sheets and smaller signage, he has always had my best interest in mind when trying to come up with the perfect solution to my problem. He is quick and efficient and understands that sometimes things happen last minute! They always provide me with a detailed invoice and proof before final production, and my favorite part about working with them is the fact that their communication is FAST! Customer service is not lost on them, and that is exactly how there is no doubt that I will always work with Signarama and Shaun for my future marketing material needs ( and there are multiple competitors in the area!)

I had a very disappointing experience with Signarama in Braintree, MA. Tom Grave, the owner, was…read moreextremely unresponsive--I called the office at least six times and only received one call back. Communication with HIM was poor throughout the entire process. The Staff at this location, Cindy, Amy Shaun have been GREAT at taking my messages and delivering them to Tom. Tom just doesn't think much of his customers to actually call them back. Even worse, my signage was delivered 45 days later than promised, and only after I repeatedly pushed for completion. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay, and certainly no offer to make things right. For a business that should understand the importance of timelines and customer service, this was unacceptable. This office used to be owned and run by Michael Sepinuck. He sold to Tom and the quality, and integrity of this business fell precipitously as a result... Due to Tom. If you look at their website, you will see Miachel listed with a picture, but you will NOT see a bio or picture of Tom Grave. If you're looking for reliability, professionalism, or even basic courtesy, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Willie J. Sanders, Jr.

They fucked me over on Christmas Eve twice in the past when a package was promised to be delivered! All I asked for was the $10 or so for delivery to be refunded because they didn't do their job. If you need to depend on someone delivering something on time, FUCK FEDEX!!! I promise that if you have a child that is looking forward to something, they're probably going to be disappointed. When I came in last night, the employee seemed very overwhelmed and flustered, so I tried to be understanding and patient. However, coming back the next day and still being told the order wasn't ready and would take another 4 hours was extremely frustrating. On top of that, the interaction today felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
