Personally I love this store, they're always so nice and welcoming when you come in. I lovethe fact that it's pretty much a one stop shop. You can handle your UPS needs, but also get some good food and play your numbers or just grab something from the convenience store. The older gentleman who's in the deli is so sweet and always smiles and says good morning to me, but then again I am here almost daily lol There is a lot of parking but there are also a few businesses in the plaza, so you might have to wait for a spot for a minute or two. Now the food, other than deli sandwiches their fried chicken is literally my go to as soon as I come here. I try to wait until around lunch times to get everything I need done, to ensure that chicken Js ready haha But honestly I love this store and the fact that they're constantly upgrading their services and systems. I was so impressed with the people at this UPS Store. The staff was very professional and very helpful! I had 3 big boxes that contained some china and other fragile items. They helped me carry them to the counter. They also took the time to put big fragile signs all over the boxes and then they checked the boxes and added more tape to the boxes. I also had to return some Xfinity equipment and they processed it. Within five minutes I had confirmation from Xfinity that they had received it and issued me a credit. read more

I live in Quincy and this is my go to UPS store. Of note, I've only been here to make returns to Amazon. It's a small UPS store, but efficient. Even when the line is out the door, I rarely spend more than 5 minutes here. The staff are nice and friendly. I'm been coming here for two years and have never had a problem with a package. The pricing here is a good value for your buck. The biggest downside is the super small parking lot. It's a very busy location with a parking lot that can only fit around 10 cars. For this reason, I would recommend coming during non-peak hours or parking on the street to avoid the frustration. read more

I've only shipped online returns here so my review is based on that. The process to return Amazon packages at this location is quick and efficient. The people working behind the counter are speedy and get it done quickly. All I've had to do is drop off my package (that already has the shipping label) or show them my package with the Amazon QR code for the return. The longest part usually is waiting in the line of people. The parking lot sucks. It's super small and there's always cars moving in and out. I would recommend being extremely careful when pulling out of your parking spot in this lot. Supposedly there is more parking, but I haven't seen it personally. This UPS is near the highway so the location makes it convenient for those coming off the highway. Otherwise, if you're coming from Quincy (or not the highway), crossing the intersection to get to the store is absolutely horrific. Service otherwise is good, I haven't experienced any issues in shipping or customer service. read more

if I can give this store 0 stars I would first let me start by saying I had my two little girls with me and the manager was up in the front using profanity words in front of my kids he was rude and so was the one with long hair with a hat they refused to give me their names this was my first and last time there I would never step foot there again they where so unprofessional I took a little long to provide my bar code reason being is it was in my email and I could not find it and he said take your kids to the corner over-there somewhere threw my box on the counter so I said excuse me they aren't in anyone's way ! who gives the rights to these people to talk to customers like this so I asked for their names to file a Complaint and they refused to he said I don't have to give you my name it is unfair for me and my kids to go there to drop stuff of and run into to such rude people I was not disrespectful at all but god only knows wat Would've been my reaction if my kids weren't there this is not the way to treat customers my 5 year old was very nervous and my 3 year old was confused this was Unethical u professional and uncalled for behavior towards us when I asked to speak to the supervisor he said it's me I said you lord you shouldn't even be up In the front you guys are so rude he said I don't get that very often so bye bye have fun complaining I said ok no worries I will find a way to complaint about you guys this isn't going to stay like this I felt the discrimination and this is not right at all!! i will not stop until I get their names they should be treating customers with respect I don't owe you nothing you are there to do your job and if you are so miserable then maybe you shouldn't be there. i will be filing a law enforcement incident report on these people. read more

Be careful shipping anything valuable here. I have shipped hundreds of packages here but recently my packages have been missing. I would drop off 4-10 packages a visit and only packages going to a specific address would be missing. My items missing were all sneakers and valued around $6k total from 4 packages shipped out. 2 of the 4 packages were dropped off on a separate day as well so this was not a one day incident. Tracking would show the packages never leaving the location and all tracking never even shows them reaching the Norwood UPS terminal which is the next destination from 377 Willard Street's UPS. I have spoken to the person who said he was the manager and he informed me he does not have my packages because the storage locker which contains all the packages for pickup is empty every time. This is the exact same answer I am given each time and he doesn't bother even looking around or asking the employees there if they had any idea what happened to my packages. He knew this has happened more than once yet nothing was done about it during each complaint. read more

I had an item that I wanted to return to a company that had sent me a wrong order so I came to use the shipping services here. I was very pleased with the service that I received. The person working behind the counter made it a very smooth and easy transaction. I didn't come in with any packaging to ship the item in so for a couple of dollars the employee there sold me a padded envelope to use to ship the item back. Then I gave them the return shipping label I had and the item that I was shipping and they told me they'd take care of the rest. Shipping is usually like a chore to me so I was very happy that they made everything so easy. I would definitely use their services again. read more

I've never been to a UPS store that had a line out the door! I came here on Saturday and there was only one person working. While I was in line, another employee walked in and went to the back of the store, however, did not come out to help. I needed to drop off a package, which already had a shipping label, but I wanted the receipt. This process usually takes no more than 5 minutes, but ended up taking 22 minutes! read more

October 28, 2020 Update. I contacted UPS Watchdog team in San Diego who monitors all the franchises 800 789 4623 and they made direct contact with owner of this UPS franchise store. He told me that he will make good for the mistakes of his employees. He did return to my amex card a good amount of the $207.64 I was charged, but not the entire amount. He also said he will retrain his employees not to close up the store before the closing time on their website and on the storefront window. I suggested that he call his stores 15 minutes before closing, and tell them he is coming in with 2 boxes to be shipped, is that a problem? I wish I could to say something good about my experience at the UPS Quincy Store, but sadly I cannot. It was a terrible experience, filled with misinformation and lousy customer service from the manager "Sonny." Here's what happened--I shipped my son's computer on Wed and paid for it to arrive by Saturday with insurance; the cost was over $300. But the computer has yet to arrive and will not arrive until Tuesday. So, what was their response to the delay? The manager said "You chose the cheapest option" But I responded, "You said it would be there on Saturday." His response was, "That's expected..." My response "Well if someone told me it would not arrive on Saturday I might have chosen something different" His response was, "I doubt you would have chosen a different option." So, I respond, "So, you are saying that I'm lying." He said I could possibly get a credit, but I don't want a credit; I want a refund for the delay, as stated on their website. I'm heading to the store this week to show the manager "Sonny" the info on their website about refunds. read more

Additionally my printer at home was broken and I had to print the label for my package, so I simply sent the label to their email right off my cell phone! In the past year I have had 1k in total of sales go missing from this store. As another reviewer has mentioned the packages show as never have left the store. The most recent was a $265 pair of sneakers on October 25th. Anyone that sells on Stockx should just plain stay away. Most everyone knows the addresses and what the pre-paid slip looks like. Only these packages being sent to Stockx have been targeted in my case. My first 2 packages went missing in March and April. I decided the risk wasn't worth it and started going to a new store that I never had a problem with. As the Quincy UPS is right off the highway it is very convenient. I forgot the sting of lost packages and started going back to them and within a month 2 more missing packages. Let my mistake be your warning. Or just light your sneakers on fire before dropping them off because the same result will occur of you not getting paid. read more

I will agree with past reviews that this store has friendly employees. I will also agree with past reviews that this store is terrible, and you will be better off throwing your dollars into the street rather than pay them for any service whatsoever. Did you know that if your package is lost or damaged, UPS can't help you? Everything has to go through this store. I'd be fine with that except that they are absolutely non-responsive to customer service inquiries. My back story is that I shipped something, it became damaged, and UPS was unable to refund me the shipping or the cost of the contents. Fine. What made me insanely irate is that four days after it was supposed to be delivered, the recipient asked me why it hadn't arrived. I found via UPS.com that it was damaged and that UPS would contact me for more info. I called the store and they told me the manager had to handle it. Fine. Except the manager is not in until Thursday. Fine. Thursday comes and goes. No word. On Friday I call back, very irritated. The manager says he's working on it and he'll contact me right away. I asked if I could pick up the damaged package at the hub. He'll let me know. Another week goes by. Another promise by a store employee that the manager will call me. Another week. I've now called and sent emails. The poor staff swears they can do nothing without the manager and that they'll try very hard to have him call me. Instead, I find out when that manager will be there and my boyfriend goes to find out what's going on. Manager swears he's trying to resolve this and he'll be in touch soon. A month after the package was supposed to be delivered, I sent an email to the store saying I was fed up. The manager responded with a highlighted UPS policy and said he's been trying to work on it. Let me reiterate that not once in a MONTH were we contacted by anyone regarding the package. Not once. If you would like to put up with absolute stupidity and inattentiveness, I highly recommend you visit this business. But beware - if anything happens to your package in shipping, you will be absolutely screwed. Don't ignore the rest of us that made this mistake. read more

My 1 star review is due to the fact that this UPS Store charges you a fee to send a UPS package, on top of the actual cost to ship the item! I didn't notice the additional fee until after I left and called to understand the overcharge. The employee explained that every package sent from the store has a "Customer Service Fee" added on top of the shipping cost! If I knew there was a fee, I would have flagged a UPS truck down and given it directly to them for delivery. This is price gouging, as far as I am concerned. read more

Based on my family's experience shipping approx 8 packages from this location, I have to give this store one star. Although they claim to use UPS packaging recommendations, they obviously do not know how to use their common sense. Their standard packing method is to use one piece of bubble wrap around each item and then put it with multiple other items in a huge box. They then fill the box with peanuts. They also only use a single box, not double boxing. Out of the 4 packages shipped to me (w/ glass and other fragile items), two of these packages had items in them get broken. My sister and mom also had a box each w/ broken items. I attribute this to two problems: 1) they put heavy items above more fragile items and 2) they only used one box which was easily crushed. I had a glass loaf pan (a wedding gift to my grandmother from the 40's) and a wine glass break. My sister who had some tea cups shipped to her had two saucers broken because they put a heavy silverware box on top of the saucers. My mom had a teacup handle break in half - it was already broken off from the cup, but instead of wrapping the handle, they just put it in the cup and let it rattle around. When we called to complain, they said UPS would have to come pick up the box and inspect it. There would be a chance for more damage and/or the package getting lost. Not worth it. This is not the typical experience I have had w/ shipping at UPS stores. Either this one needs some new training or the UPS stores have instituted some cost cuttting measures on packaging. I will be hesitant to trust them in the future. read more

Maybe because I'm not a rookie driver. Prices I've paid have been within reason. I've seen packages and had pages faxed. People do know they have to pay their help and overhead right? Today was busier than usual at about 4pm on Saturday, and the staff took an approach checking each person o the queue for pre-paid drop off items and handling receipts in the back office. I won't get into all the details because the entire exchange was a bit much to type out, however I will say to the d!ck head with the tattoos if you hate your job so much pls stop working there. He was very rude upon me entering the store and even dismissed me and walked off as I asked for help for my return. The other staff member was a bit more helpful although he insinuated that I was blaming him or the store for a mistake which I already knew was the merchants fault.
