I gotta give mad props to the guy at front because he fought tooth and nail to get a refund for me. What happened was... I paid for two-day priority shipping to have a package delivered to my mom on Mother's Day; however, it was delivered to the wrong address and was returned to Postal Pal. Even though it was finally delivered to my mom, I didn't pay $30 for delayed delivery especially for Mother's Day, so obviously I want my money back. I called USPS and waited for an hour for a service rep, only to be told that I need to submit a refund claim online. After I submitted the claim, I received an email, stating that my request was denied. So, I called customer service again and explained what happened. Higher management then reached Postal Pal, and the Postal Pal workers were just not having it. So, as you can imagine, I was close to giving up. But I went to this post office hoping that it might work this time, and I'm so glad that the guy at front cared enough to help me out. Long story short, I waited an hour for him to process my refund and got my money back! read more

Absolutely worst USPS. They will not help you, they are rude, dumb, uneducated, horrible staff. I cancelled my PO Box here because they were so utterly useless. Literally any other post office in the country would be better. Matter of fact I am never going to use USPS again if I can help it. read more

I came into this post office before 3pm on a Monday and it was super crowded. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or if people were on break but there was literally one man working the desk; which is quite annoying. However, he was the most pleasant and helpful man that I've encountered in a post office in a long while. He greeted the customers, didn't mind answering questions and providing shipping options. He didn't rush anyone and kept calm. What more can you ask for of an employee when you can tell that they are clearly being overworked and there is no other support for them on the sales floor?! I've come here to ship packages. The service is friendly and the location is convenient. There are plenty of packing supplies for sale and the wait times for service are not very long. Parking can sometimes be a challenge but I usually am able to find a spot to park on one of the side streets. read more

You've never EVER had so much fun going to the P.O. than at Fields Corner. First, the fruit loop per capita at Fields Corner is at least 5 to 1, so you know to expect the unexpected, particularly if you are a stroller mom like self whose magnetic force is stronger with my neighbors, the presumed addicts. They love to see Baby Girl and me come a strollerin' and always have such interesting comments, such as "Baby Girl in da stroller, that's what's up!" Sure. Speaking of strollers, even though I'm typically the only white customer at the PO, I have to salute race relations at Field's Corner because someone always opens the door for me and my buggy. I really appreciate that. I've been everywhere else in the city and typically have the door slamming shut in my face. Not by my peeps at Field's Corner. Importantly, the service at this little postal operation is efficient, friendly, and ogles Baby Girl shamelessly. I think of them as my friends rather than public servants, so kind is their sensibility behind the counter. Be sure to stop in and you best hope there is some '80s song on the radio so you can wax poetic about mullets with your friendly postman at Field's Corner. read more

Nice renovations have made this post office a nice beacon for a neighborhood that is coming back. It's is clean, we'll laid out & has all the tools to get you in & out. I like that there is convenient parking in the back so no one has to rush double parking on the street. The employees have always been pleasant. I wish all post offices were so good. read more

Lines are horrendous, service very slow. I would never go here if i have a chose. Driven all the way to South Boston USPS a few time cause of slow service and poor customer service. Seem the men are friendlier then the women. read more

I never gotten any slip from any mail carriers about my last two packages. I've never received them, u went to find my package that was "delivered" but online it said it was but they cannot seem to find my package. This place sucks they never answer their phones and their employees lie to you so you can leave their presence read more

Excuse me folks, Fields Corner PO is awesome and the folks VERY helpful. Please insult your own communities and stop speaking out of turn about mine. I go here often because of work mail and have no problem at all with this location. They are not supposed to build a parking lot and have a express line for the impatient....you are on PO office time when you enter, drink less coffee and calm down. read more
