I finally take anotherc100 Uber " no mail" and I recently sent a letter a couple wks ago, to b sure they were holding it. Spoke with mgr today at the annex on Hyde Park Ave. Wasn't very concerned with it. I've had it. I've NVR had to use such a service in my life. Melail is important to everyone. Obviously someone isn't doing their job. As I hv come up with so many problems bcuz if this. And it was not taken seriously

She was given packing tape in a dispender that she couldn't even operate, dispensing miles of the stuff and randomly wrapping 6 or 8 separate items. Nothing was ready to go, recipient address or anything. And a line of people with ready-to-mail packages waited for this (****). There is a sign in that office saying that they don't give out tape, items must be ready to ship. The other clerk was busy with passport applications so there was nobody helping these customers. I think a reprimand is in order. The clerk caused an unnecessary back-up catering to a self-absorbed (****).
